Location

The hotel's strategic location enables fast and easy access to Copacabana and the varied shops and activity of Ipanema and Leblon. It is situated on Rua Maria Quitéria, one of the most interesting cross-streets in Ipanema and is only a short block from the Our Lady of Peace Square, which is home to a church, a number of top restaurants, nightclubs, bars, cinemas, bookshops, bakeries, cafés, gyms and shops. There is a metro station 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, and Lapa, Maracana and the Christ the Redeemer statue are all 25 to 30 minutes away on public transport. The city centre is 20 minutes away.

Facility

The hotel has 56 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Amazing! Great stay

    The location is amazing, super close to the beach. The service and atmosphere were very friendly and welcoming. The amenities were great, we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, as well as the beach towels and beds available nearby. Our room was cleaned daily and everything was always spotless, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was that our room had a connecting door to another room, and we could hear the other guests quite clearly.And of course, the caipirinhas were absolutely delicious!

    This is a nice Inn located in Ipanema very close to the beach. There is a great restaurant onsite and the breakfast included with the stay is very good with lots of options to choose from. They also give you towels and on the beach opposite from the hotel they have staff who can give you chairs and an umbrella. The rooms are small but comfortable, although some of our friends had mold in the bathroom in their room. I think not all the rooms are in the same condition. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the cleaning staff. I would recommend staying here.

    Great stay! The personnel was extremely welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant is really good, and the room was excellent to rest after a workday. Moreover, the hotel is very well located, meters away from the Ipanema beach and with many stores and restaurants around.

    It was a treat for me to stay 10 days at the Ipanema Inn Hotel. The hotel is small enough to feel intimate and welcoming, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.During my stay, I unexpectedly developed an eye infection. The hotel staff immediately assisted me in arranging an appointment with an ophthalmologist located near the hotel, and I was able to see a specialist that same day. Their concern and efficiency were greatly appreciated and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.The staff were also very helpful in securing reservations at nearby restaurants and offering local recommendations throughout my stay.The location could not be better — approximately half a block from Ipanema Beach and only about two blocks from the Rio de Janeiro Metro, making it extremely easy to get around the city.I could not have been happier with my experience and would gladly stay there again.
