    Awful experience. The hotel lost power for over an hour during my one-night stay. They claimed they would not issue a refund because they had offered me the option to check out (they didn’t) and that I had used the pool (I had not). I was unable to go to sleep or leave my room while the power was out.In addition, the hotel claims to be close to GIG airport but it took over an hour to get there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for more reasons than one.

    Stayed here after travelling Brazil really impressed with the hotel, clean comfortable , staff polite and really good location.The only thing that let it down was the breakfast where there was very little choice

    Great apartment for an early flights - it's about 15 minute drive from the airport. Clean, modern, helpful 24h front desk staff. Great value for money. Didn't get a chance to explore the area around but had a good night sleep before the flight.

    The hotel itself is fine; nice, clean rooms; good wifi and microwave/fridge in rooms. Staff on the other hand, was a mixed bag ranging from OK-ish on arrival to total disinterest upon checking-out. About a 15 minute taxi ride from Galeao Airport.
