    Lack of manager and troubleshooting

    How does a hotel with this "structure" leave hot water missing in the shower? And when you need to talk to the manager to take the right arrangements, comes the surprise that he doesn't work or doesn't respond on weekends, what the hell is this hotel? My next review/reclamation will be in the Nobile hotel chain. They should block reservations on websites with a problem like these, and not fail to notify guests when they enter the hotel.     This hotel is one of the best in its category I have ever stayed. Compliments go to the staff, the structure, the rooms, the breakfast, etc. The comfort of the room is excellent, the sleep is quiet (despite the noise of Dutra).     The staff is the highest point: one of the best that I ever see. The hotel and room are pretty new and tidy. It is located in a great spot since you can go both sides of the interstate without too much hassle.A negative point to the bathroom, because it spread water when you shower. I also had one problem trying to dine at the hotel: the suppliers didn't deliver during the week I was there.
