My birthday stay at Novotel during Carnival was nothing short of incredible! The staff truly made the trip, especially Lola and Cindy. They were so sweet and made us feel so welcome! Excellent hotel, simple and well organized, spacious room, welcoming and empathetic staff. Very good location for those who will stay at Barra da Tijuca or Parque Olimico our Samaritano Hospital. Very goog breakfast and nice swimming pool. Very clean and all the staff (reception, cleaning, assistant etc.) are well trained. Excellente WiFi and very good restaurant for lunch and dinner - good food really! Fair value for money. Love the burger from the restaurant The room was great.the staff was very friendly and helpful.The room service was very promptly respond..The waitress by the name of Lola is very helpful and very accommodating..Even though i done speak Portuguese.we communicate very well in google translate..Wish her all the best for her future career and endeavors.
