    The only thing good about this hotel was it’s location, it was old and really bad kept, the elevators were a nightmare, air conditioning really poor and old, never got cold enough, the beds were not that comfortable and old refrigerators that dripped water all over the floor, if you stay at this place just be prepared, it sucks!

    Funcionários grosseiros e completamente despreparados. Cobram uma taxa altíssima na chegada ao hotel. Coisa que nunca aconteceu em outras hospedagens feitas por sites na Internet.O PREÇO DO SITE NÃO É REAL.Se você recusa o cofre (tem diária cobrada pro cofre), tem que assinar um termo por recusar pagar pelo cofre; quase uma ameaça, "Não pagou o cofre, será roubado". Senti medo de largar minhas coisas no quarto.Pedi para mudar de quarto (domingo a tarde, hotel deserto), e me baixaram para um andar mais baixo. Perdi a vista. O hotel estava vazio.A cama horrorosa com um forro que machuca.Sabonete e shampoo horríveis. Você fica fedendo após o banho.Frigobar vazio. Faça suas comprar para ter água no quarto, por exemplo.Café da manhã fraco. Cobram por ovo frito.Não é mais barato que outros hotéis da região (Por causa da taxa).Não me deram nota fiscal.WiFi é fictício. Não funciona nunca e, quando funciona é horroroso.Rude and completely unprepared staff. They charge a very high fee when you arrive at the hotel. This has never happened to other web hosting.SITE PRICE IS NOT REAL.If you decline to use the vault (you are charged for the vault), you must sign a term for refusing to pay for the vault; almost a threat, "Didn't pay for the safe, you will be robbed." I was afraid to drop my stuff in the room.I asked to change rooms (Sunday afternoon, nobody at the hotel), and they lowered me to a lower floor. I lost my sight. The hotel was empty.Horrible bed with sheets that hurts.Horrible soap and shampoo. You stink after the shower.Empty fridge. Have to go to the market to have water in the room, for example.No good breakfast. The hotel charges for an egg.Not cheaper than other hotels in the area.They didn't give me an invoice. Suspect charges/fee.WiFi is fictional. It never works and when it works it's horrible

    The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the female reception staff who were lovely. My room was outdated and not cleaned properly (eg. there was a piece of glass on top of the mattress under the sheet), my double bed was 2 single beds pushed together, the air conditioner is old and very loud. If you want a nice, clean hotel don't stay here. The unfriendly man in reception surprised me with a 73R service charge on checking out which was not mentioned when checking in (he was also the person who did my check in).

    Stay there 3 days with family on 3 rooms, really nice view on Atlantica avwnue and Copacabana beach from the balcony of deluxe rooms. Also nice view from pool or jacuzzi floor. Poor mattress quality on the rooms. Hotel on posto 3,quite on the middle of Copacabana. Excellent coffee and average breakfast. Near many restaurants of good quality like Carretão or Siqueira Grill, ao kilo, good price for this place even a little bit old.

    I just returned from Oceano Copacabana hotel few days agou. Hotel has a great location, Copacabana beach is just 2 minutes away. Hotel is clean, breakfast is ok. Rooftop pool is nice overlooking Copacabana beach. Room was ok but quality of the bed is not that great.
