    Everything that a Hotel should not be

    Here is a hotel that is everything a hotel should not be. Dirty, poorly maintained, prison-like bathrooms, no soap/shampoo in bathrooms, shark type billing for in-room refrigerator bar with USD 1 for a 200 ml glass of water. The cleanliness is like that if a fourth world country. No one cares about complaints. Honestly run like a state prison.

    Ive stayed in the basic room but I didn't expect it to be so small. The bed was big, but the room smelled of cigarettes. The Cable TV didn't work, always said the signal was bad. The bathroom is small and I found used bath soap laying around. I complained and they promised to clean the room, only to find out that the cleaning service is working once a week during the pandemic.The breakfast was really basic (which I understand as we are in a coronavirus pandemic and things are simpler) but the coffee was just ok (drinkable).The service knocked on my door twice one night trying to deliver somebody else's meal.Overall if I had personally payed for the room I wouldn't stay.However, I didn't have an option because it was a critical business trip and it was the nearest hotel next to the client.

    I stayed here for a few nights as part of a business trip to a nearby office.As many have noted, the hotel doesn't really look like one from the outside and overall is very basic as hotels go. Breakfast and food options on site are very limited and there is not much in the local area unless you have a car. Rooms are small and the bathrooms are smaller. Light sleepers should be aware that there can be quite a bit of noise from the busy road in front of the building.Not an awful hotel but certainly not a memorable one either. There better options in the area but are likely more expensive.

    very good luxury room, all ok, kitchen with big fridge. restaurants and shopping malls arround, on other side great rio brasa churrasco to kill yourself with the meat! i needed to depart from heliport jacuarepaqua which is on other side so for me location was perfect. no issues p.s. someone wrote about reception, it is a few meter square passage with the pult - yes, strange thing, but i dont spend more than 10-15 sec there so for me doesnt matter.
