This city beach hotel enjoys an excellent location just 200 m from Flamengo beach and the Aterro do Flamengo park. Copacabana is just 10 minutes away. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from downtown Rio de Janeiro and Santos Dumont Airport, and the bus station Rodoviária Novo Rio can be reached within 10 minutes by car.

Facility

The hostel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 117 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hostel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

    This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in.We arrived at the hotel at 8am and told to come back at 12.30 and hopefully our rooms will be ready.True to their word they were.My room was fantastic and was as described in the photos.The breakfast was plentiful and very nice.All of the staff were very helpful, most at reception spoke English so that was a big plus.A big thank you as well to Marcelo in reception, a very pleasant man.

    The staff is very friendly and the room was clean and nice. The breakfast was super delicious and they vary the options as well. It is not exactly the same everyday. It is well situated as well. The gym has some equipment and the spa side is the downside of the hotel as it was not in the best conditions when I visited. However I did not book the hotel for the gym or spa so I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

    Helpful, very responsive staff, some of which speaks English (which is very unusual in brazil). Tasty breakfast with lovely waiting staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. However, don't expect luxury as it is still a budget hotel. Great for the price though. Great location, close to the beach and metro station. All in all I would recommend staying there.

    Good for a short stay for Carnival

    Average hotel. Beds are comfortable enough to pass out on for Carnival. Breakfast is ok, have eggs, fruit, breads and pastries. Close to shops and metro. Was part of tour package for Carnival to stay at Regina.     Okay- but with the high ratings I expected more

    1. The door people were very kind and helpful in giving advice and helping with luggage.2. Reception experience was okay. A positive was that it was fast.3. Tried to order from the restaurant but I couldn’t understand Portuguese so I had to go downstairs to find an English speaker to translate.4. A good enough breakfast was offered.5. Room was old and kind of cramped. Housekeeping did a good job. 6. No external light coming in to the room. 7. Linen is not white and is light.8. Location - good enough it’s not in the outskirts.
