    Leonardo is the best one here The service was amazing and the inglish better even though I dont understand Portuguese He should work at the reception because the ones at the reception don’t have good service

    Perfect Location & General ImpressionThe hotel is perfectly located right on Copacabana. It is a large property, so there can be some queues at check-in and by the elevators, but it is completely manageable.​The RoomWe chose a "mini-suite", though "mini" is an understatement! It was a massive 96 square meters. Our room was enormous, featuring a living room area, a dedicated seating area where you can sit and look out over the entire beach, a bedroom, two bathrooms, and a small kitchen. The TVs are also equipped with Netflix. Some parts of the rooms are a bit worn and in need of renovation, but we found the view so fantastic that it honestly didn't matter.​Suite Perks & AmenitiesWhen staying in one of the suites, you get to have breakfast at the very top on the 30th floor. It offers peace and quiet, an incredible view, and a very good breakfast selection. Also on the 30th floor is a fairly large pool and a sunbathing area.​ServiceThe service is very good. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but they fixed it promptly, and the staff Carla and Pablo was very helpful.​OverallThe view is simply fantastic. Words cannot describe how beautifully you can see the entire beach.     The restaurant is beautiful with a excellent view. When we arrived, Rodrigo, the waiter, took us and guided until our table and was always worried that everything was fine with us. He explained to us everything and we are so glad for his attention. Being honest, we came with zero expectation and we left satisfied. The food and drink was delicious.
