  I experienced two issues during my stay. The first was related to check-in: we arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m., aware that check-in was scheduled for 4 p.m. However, we only gained access to our room at 4:05 p.m. In other hotels, both in Brazil and abroad, we have always been able to check in early, which was not possible this time.The second issue was more serious: after taking a shower, as I was hanging up the towel, the bathroom light fixture—which apparently was not properly secured—fell on me and cut my eyebrow. I consider this situation regrettable and concerning from a safety perspective.   Too much noise around the bedroom areas

  We stayed there with our 10m baby and don't intend to return.The staff was, overall, unusually rude, with some nice exceptions.The major problem was the ridiculously loud noise made by other guests and staff walking and talking around the bedroom areas, wich echoed inside, making it impossible for us to keep a minimally healthy sleep routine for our baby.   Recently, I helped organize an event at the hotel fazenda and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The team was attentive, helpful, and very professional. They dedicated themselves to understanding all our needs and did everything to ensure the event was a success.Asking for feedback from the participants, I received only praise.The location is simply stunning, with an infrastructure that combines comfort and natural beauty.   Reserved castle view apartment and receive no view apartment. And they didnt change this apartment for me. They need to sell , speak anything and, at final, you receive the apartment instead of you reserve. Never return again.
