    Great location and great breakfast

    This hotel is in a great location just one street back from the beach and close to many restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff were friendly, although check in was quite slow; the rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. We were able to use the hotel storage area for our luggage when we arrived very early in the morning and then had to check out before we actually needed to leave. The staff at breakfast were really nice and called me by my name which was a nice touch.     Windsor Copa was the best!!

    5 star experience. Windsor Copa”s location is ideal for walking distance to Copacabana beach and everything we needed for an ideal vacation (variety of restaurants ,juice bars, shops, pharmacies); distance to tourist attractions a quick uber or cab ride.The hotel is spotless. We booked buffet breakfast with our rooms, and were surprised that although mostly the same daily ,was plentiful, many options, healthy. Rooms large enough for our family ,were cleaned daily. Everyone at checkin desk spoke English, which is rare in Rio. Pedro , Johnathan , everyone at the front desk, bellmen, doormen ,went above and beyond in customer service to assist us with any request. The hotel even provides beach towels at no extra costs to guests. Everyone in our group agreed 100% we would return to Copa Windsor. We highly recommend this hotel ..     Great location without the cost of a hotel overlooking Copacabana

    Hotel close to Copacobana

    The Windsor Copa hotel is just one block away from the Copacobana beach (3 minute walk) and in a safe neighbourhood. All kind of facilities (supermarket, cocktail bar, coffee shop, restaurants) are close to the hotel. Let me start with the positive aspects of the hotel. The staff is friendly and polite. At the entrance there is always staff present which gave me a secure feeling about the hotel. The breakfast buffet is what one might expect from this kind of hotel, there’re a lot of things to choose from.The rooms are up to standards, the furniture looks a little bit outdated but that’s also a matter of style. The beds are large and comfortable, personally I missed a small table beside my bed for my phone and so on. There’s quite a lot of noise from the street because the windows don’t isolate that, not a big problem. The bathroom is well equiped and the shower is very good.     Great value and close to Copacabana beach

    Stayed here for 5 days while visiting Brazil with my daughter. We had a double bed, the room was small but had everything we needed, and it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast each morning. There was a nice variety of cold and hot foods. It was a short safe walk to Copacabana beach.
