    First trip to Rio, and de used to stay at the Windsor Palace.     Great location, as you are literally 2 minutes' walk from Copacabana Beach, so I was literally there every day. Staff are great, big shout out I think to Jose, every time we were going to the beach, he knew to get us towels and already knew our room number. Staff help you open the door and even take your luggage when you leave the hotel. We did not book with breakfast, so not sure about the hotel food. There is a pool, but I did not go there at all. One of our friends did in the past and said is small. There is a mini-bar fridge in the room, but you need to pay for whatever you consume. There are also chocolates, crisps, and savoury snacks, which you pay for if you consume them. I consumed 3 waters and 4 soft drinks, and it was about £10. Personally, I think it should be free as it's not a cheap hotel. Bathroom: no shower gel, no toothbrush, and no toothpaste. I wished they had an iron to iron some of my clothes. My room also had a great balcony.     Ok hotel, the pictures arent a reflection of all rooms.Pros: Small pool on roof with few tables to sit.Buffet breakfast ok selectionRight next to copacabana beach. Shops and supermarkets close by.Area felt safe, just be aware of your surroundings. Cons: Our room was a bit dated, did have air con and a small fridge. Room was clean, although housekeeping didn't come until 7pm on our final day! no point in cleaning the room at that time.     Convenient location in central Copacabana. On a smaller street so not too loud and there are small markets and restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms are clean but a bit dated.
