  Worst experience ever at a hotel. Thankfully it was only for one day while waiting for a layover flight as we were travelling with a sick baby. Waiting in the queue for over 40 minutes in the high heat was bad. The experience only got worse as we waited an hour and a half for food an drinks. When food arrived, we found a piece of brillo sponge in the pasta dish my baby was eating. This is absolutely unacceptable and thankfully it didn't we didn't end up with a medical emergency. When we complained to the restaurant manager he simply ignored our complaint and insinuated that we were looking for a discount. While holding the plate and clearly seeing the piece of brillo sponge, he told us we should have taken pictures of it if we wanted a discount! He just walked away from us without even once apologising. This issue was also brought to the reception staff, who once again just were just completely indifferent . The cherry on top, was to be overcharged when paying our restaurant bill which thankfully we noticed before making a payment. Absolutely disgraceful situation, we were looking for a few hours of rest when caring for a sick child, and ended up being so stressed out. I cannot emphasise enough that the service in this hotel is just completely rubbish, and definitely not worth the money.

  Good but could be much better. Excellent place with great views, employees, breakfast and a great beach in front the hotel. However, the rooms are very old, it is not a structure for the price I’ve paid. Is necessary renew the rooms to new structures.

  Beautiful resort with truly kind staff

  Had a great stay there with so many kind and fun people! Really felt welcomed and had formed a connection with several staff members that I still treasure. The beach front location is great and the whole resort area is just lovely. Also, the cocktails were really pretty and nice.

  Excellent choice in Salvador, with spacious rooms, clean common areas and kind staff.Very good breakfast and services.Right aside the stunning sunny beach and close to the airport facilities.Perfect for families or if traveling soloSuggested

  Yes, the rooms need refurbishment but that is reflected in the reasonable price and the great location with amazing beaches and the external facilities make this hotel a very good option. We enjoyed very much the stay at the hotel and the long walks and runs on the beach.
