  Nice place with nice presmises and the beach which all could be great if it werent for the lazy staff. Receptionists were worst of all. Check in took one hour without even apologizing for it, while checking out they were not interested of our stay and when asking something during the week they were not interested at all to help.Food at Restaurant took minimum 45 minutes for a simple pasta dish.. thank god for the restaurants outside of the hotel and uber eats!!!The place have potential but every staff member needs to go a customer service course and management needs to be more interested in getting the details in order. Could have been a great stay but all we will remember is the lazy and sometimes rude staff.... do not recommend!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the suites. The rooms were clean and were a nice set up for my husband and I with our 2 children, which included a king bed with a comfortable pull out sofa sleeper. The service at the front desk, restaurant, and pool staff was excellent. Some of the staff spoke English as well. The beach access was great and both pools were very nice. We will be back!

  Good service, good prices, excellent location, beautiful beaches, accessible.The food are very good, however are very nice restaurants nearby the hotel.The reviews below are not fair with this resort.

  I would say that this will be the best hotel in the area. Catussaba Suites is a sister hotel of Catussaba Resort but new.The hotel is new and located next to Catussaba Resort allowing you to enjoy best of both worlds. As grounds of Catussaba Resort are very nice and they have a lot to offer, but rooms are very old. Rooms were clean with a daily service - nothing to complain about. Hotel is next to the beautiful beach which is almost like private (or is private) - Big Plus! Did enjoy the food in restaurants as well. Pulpo a la vinaigrette is a must to try.If you don't speak Portuguese, like me, you may struggle, as there are only two people between two hotels who speak English. But this is something to be expected in general when you travel in Brazil.I would stay there again!

  Hotel staff is really willing to support their guests and are very kind and prestative. People at the hotel is trying everything to help and to make you feel welcome. We found our hotel room very clean, beds very comfortable and sheets and towels new. Good leisure options for kids.
