Fantastic all-inclusive resort!

A brilliant all-inclusive hotel about 45 minutes away from Salvador International Airport. Everything about this hotel was great, but the staff were the highlight. Each and every member of staff provided the highest levels of service I have ever experienced at a hotel. A particular thanks to Agnelo and Slieman on the front desk who spoke excellent English and provided us with a wonderful welcome. Great rooms, good food (especially in the French and Japanese 'dine around' restaurants) and superb facilities. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to visit you again sometime! Beautiful resort, food could be a little better.

Beautiful resort, very clean and friendly staff. This is our 6th stay at anIberostar (Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic) and we were probably one of the few Europeans and did enjoy that!! But we were a little surprised that almost nobody was able to speak any English. Iberostar is an international chain and we would have expected that some of the staff would be able to understand us just a little. Lehman (not sure if I write his name like this) at reception was great and did some good upselling!! We were not impressed by the food during lunch at Coqueiro but there are other options to choose between! Rooms are huge and clean, resort is well looked after.
