  Pros: good bed, hot water, good breakfast, good exercise room. The staff made a lot of attempts to be helpful, including Lucas Silver and Leandro Santos. Cons: the hotel was in no way ready to receive foreign visitors. The safes in most rooms were lacking batteries, if not broken. Not all the room phones were working. Most of the hotel staff knows no other language beyond Portuguese. Com relação à hóspedes estrangeiros, recebemos diversos por dia, incluindo grupos e empresas. Com relação aos cofres, devido ao pouco uso por parte dos hóspedes, alguns deles acabam ficando sem bateria, o que é prontamente resolvido quando é identificado por nossa equipe de manutenção ou por solicitação dos hóspedes.

  DONT STAY HERE - Worst hotel ever

  Don’t stay here, I had a reserva from January 1-5, had to leave on the 2nd, the sheets were dirty, the towels were stained, no toilet paper. The staff acts as if they don’t care and are rude. Couldn’t find a taxi to go explore, the tour la they offer never showed up, it’s poor quality.   Terrible experience.

  The rooms are asking for urgent renovation. Don’t expect kindness from staff, specially at night: asking for a taxi the attendant gave me a number and told me to call myself, he couldn’t help. The room is old, a filthy odor emerges in the bathroom after flushing or showering. A complete nightmare.   the room was very good as well as the air condicioned, the cleaning, also the breakfast, the food and my special thanks to the patissier he makes delicious desserts, i wib two kilos because of that...   Good hotel in a quiet neighborhood far from downtown

  This is a good busines hotel if you have business in the neighborhood. In my case I was giving a course at an university withing walking distance. The suites are very clean and confortable. The only negative that there is no powe nesr the table to plug in your computer. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Brekfast is complete and good. The entrance to the hotel is on a patio that is still not completely finished and when it rains becomes floded. The hotel had to provide a boarded passage.
