  This hotel is total scam! We booked two nights for our upcoming trip to Brazil in spring. No prepayment has been needed. The hotel charged our credit card 3 times more than the booking amount without any explanations! We tried to contact them to get some explanation but they did not care at all and ignored our messages. After this we decided to cancel this booking, they did not refund us the money, however there was still free cancellation terms. They are scammers! Be aware!

  good service, nice breakfast, helpful staff, super close to subway, one station away from a major shopping mall, nice neighborhood, excellent restaurants nearby. Room is showing some aging ( bathroom Fawcett for example). New ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Overall I recommend it.

  A Nice Hotel Nicely Located

  Stayed here for business trip and found it to be pleasant. The staff is friendly, the hotel restaurant is decent (had both breakfast and dinner here), and it is very well located next to the Moema metro stop and near Ibirapuera Park.The room itself was comfortable and there is a pool on the top floor. Westward facing rooms provide great views of the sunset. The room furniture is decent - think IKEA type furniture. Nice but not great. And they're getting a little worn. The bed is decent. A little hard, but not terrible for me.This review is a bit shorter than my usual but there's really not much else to say other than I had a pleasant time while staying in Sao Paulo for a week.

  If you are looking for a place in the Ibirapuera and Moema region, this is a great hotel.First I would like to thank Ms Marcela, from the first moment about booking information. (I am a Choice Member).Check in, information about everything, very professional, friendly and polite.The hotel very clean.Great size room.Everything worked.Very clean bathroom.Breakfast very good.Safe place.Excellent location, restaurants, supermarkets, metro, everything within walking distance.I couldn't forget to also thank Miss Sintia responsible for breakfast, friendly and polite.I will be back for sure.

  This very well located hotel is quiet, nice and clean. Near all sorts of conveniences and public transportation facilities, the hotel has a young and attentive staff, good breakfast and reasonable prices. This is about all a business traveler to the great City of Sao Paulo requires. Reccommended.
