  Room in Confort Hotel Sao Caetano

  Internet didn’t work for 2 daysThey wanted payment advanced at check-in. I complained at the front desk and both guys were very cold and said it’s their rule and there is no chance to pay at check-out and internet was an external problems. They didn’t even provide a discount as to me wifi is very important. Their attitude was quite rude.Breakfast very poor qualityThe room of breakfast was dirthy, old and noisy tables and chairs.No expresso machineThe elevators were extremely slowThe room is poorly furnishes and everyday after the cleaner I found black hair on the bathroom . No armchair. Not a bar where to put on the suitcase.Bathroom extremely small but the room is quite big and empty.   Overall a good hotel. Across the street from a shopping centre with good restaurants. Clean, comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms don't usb ports so make sure that you bring a travel adapter to charge you devices.

  Wonderful New Hotel, Beautiful and excelent service

  I usually stay in Sao Paulo, however I chose to stay at the Quality Inn Sao Caetano. Excellent decision. The hotel is brand new and modern. Beautiful views. A beautiful mall in front of the hotel. The attentive staff with exceptional service.
