The excellent location provides easy access to the major roads Avenida Pres. Juscelino Kubitschek, Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, Avenida Nove de Julho and Avenida Brigadeiro Luis Antonio, in addition to being close to various bars, restaurants and shopping centres. In a 20-minute walk, guests can be either at the Avenida Paulista or at Avenida Luis Carlos Berrini. The bus and railway stations are approximately 6.4 km and 3.9 km away, respectively.

The hotel has 189 rooms, which are located on 23 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     I have been coming to the Capital for many years now! I love everything about this place but in particular the people! Special thank you to the porters Andre and Dorival, terrific guys!! Always super helpful, polite, proactive and very professional!! Keep up the good work guys :)

    I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure São Paulo Itaim Bibi. Every member of staff was welcoming, kind and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience feel warm and comfortable.I would especially like to recognise Dorival from the luggage team. His service was absolutely impeccable. I was in the lift looking for a luggage scale and mentioned that I would go to the gym floor to see if there was one available. Dorival immediately and proactively offered to help, explaining that he had a scale and would check with his manager.He was incredibly kind, attentive and caring, always smiling and treating every guest with genuine respect. Dorival truly went above and beyond, and he deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Congratulations to the hotel for having such a wonderful employee!
