  The receptionist, Mihailo, was great. He explained everything about the hotel. However, in São Paulo they use 110V, so it was difficult to get my Dyson to work. The gym is very poor. There is a Bodytech in front of the hotel, but there is no discount for guests.   Not worth your money, book something different

  Not worth your money, book a different hotel. The hotel looks nice on pictures, however this only counts for the lobby. The room itself is very old and ugly. During the night, you will experience sao paolo’s street noises as if your window is open. It is very noisy and there’s even construction works going on. The kingsize room that I booked was not available anymore and they gave me a different room. The staff is friendly, however they were not able to give me a partial refund for this. The gym is old and a lot is broken and the pool is disappointing.   Amazing 5 Star Hotel and the best view in São Paulo!

  Fantastic Hotel, beautiful interior design, super friendly reception, amazing rooftop pool and the breakfast was very pleasant! And also, unbeatable view on the Skyline of São Paulo! Rooms were super clean and i didn’t find anything wrong with them!Me and my wife and a great time there!Definitely recommend!
