Great location, outstanding customer service, very safe, walking distance to Iguatemi and Eldorado shopping malls, English speaking staff at the reception desk, security personnel onboard 24/7... highly recommended

Nice place, conveniently situated

Staff at check-in were helpful and spoke English. They were also able to supply an adapter so I could charge my phone (Brazillian electrical sockets defeated my 'worldwide' adapter). I was able to store my luggage both upon arrival and after departure. My room was on the 7th floor. There was a surprising amount of street noise, plus aircraft overhead. There was a small, triangular balcony. I suppose it would have been just about big enough to squeeze a chair in beside the air conditioning unit, but in August the weather was not conducive to lingering outside anyway.The room was clean, fairly large and the bed was comfortable. There was a safe and a fridge. Room service was promptly provided and the food was good. Breakfast was also good with plenty to choose from.It took me 1 hour 45 mins to reach the hotel by train and metro from Guarulos Airport (but on the plus side it only cost me R4.30, the equivalent of about £1) - I was able to manage fine with a suitcase even though trains were quite busy, it being rush hour. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Faria Lima metro station, and is 5 mins from bus stops (buses take cash, R4.30). The hotel is not in the centre of town but its proximity to public transport means this does not matter. There are plenty of shops to buy snacks hereabouts, plus you are minutes away from the Eldorado Shopping Centre. The area seemed very safe to walk around.

A convenient hotel for business. Quality of food average for a couple of nights. Breakfast does not vary too much but OK. Restaurant staff generally speak no EnglishCondition of hotel is tired, certainly carpets in corridor could do with upgrading. Toilets can be a challenge due to small volume of water! Staff all very friendly and helpful.
