We had a wonderful stay & quiet nights sleep

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. Specifically, with the service of one of their staff members, Iago Ribeiro, who went above & beyond. We were extremely impressed with how quiet it was at night. That itself is priceless. We would recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Modern, Clean, Convenient

Stayed here for 9 days for a family visit. We booked the business suite which I’m glad we did given the duration. The business suite is the biggest room in the hotel and is well laid out and offers commanding views across the valley. I would not recommend this room for any more than 2 people. The house keeping was reliable, cleaning the room daily (although one day they missed our room and we had to call the front desk to request they come do it at 3pm, which they do with little fuss). There is no pool at this hotel, which is unfortunate, however there is a VERY modest gym on the first floor. The big drawcard for this hotel is its proximity to ParkShopping São Caetano, with all of its bars, cinemas, shops and restaurants.

They make you pay in advance. They do not speak English at front desk. They forgot to return my passport when they took a copy (no apology). The signal of cable TV is weak so the image is not clear.2 of 3 running machines are “under repair “.But I use the hotel because it is located close to my client. ggeralscs, Front Office Manager at Quality Hotel Sao Caetano, responded to this review Dear Mr. takewaku,Thank you for taking the time to share your comments at TripAdvisor.I regret that your experience in the Quality São Caetano has not been satisfactory. It was amanzing from the start till the end. The breakfast was always variated and fresh, the room was very big and clean and the employees from there were always ready to satisfy our needs. It is situated in a very nice and safe place near an awesome Shopping Mall. ggeralscs, Front Office Manager at Quality Hotel Sao Caetano, responded to this review Dear Mr. bdumit,Thank you for taking the time to share your comments at TripAdvisor.
