The hotel is safe and secure with a taxi rank just outthe front door. The front of house staff are excellent, helpful and Professional, friendly people. the Rooms are a clean and the service Staff areConcientious, proffesional and honest. The kitchen staff are excellent, friendly and fun to talk to. Specially drinking tequila. Staying here was a pleasure. Like most of brazil you need google translator, sometimes your room srvice gets lost but thats part of the vibe. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from all the shops, bars and restuarants on Rue Oscar freire.all in all we had a great time, I will miss the staff, trulf friendly brazilians.

Decent option with access to metro

I stayed at this place for the duration of a one-week workshop in São Paulo. The room was quite large and comfortable, but it felt a little chilly. The floors could be noisy sometimes. The food was average, and the breakfast area was a little too small. Staff were friendly, and the hotel provided easy access to metro stations.

outdated, not good cost/benefit

The rooms are very uncomfortable, it was cold in the city, they have no hitter and only offer some old thin blankets. This is ridiculous considering that it can get really cold in São Paulo during the winter. The shower box has only a plastic curtain, so the floor get's soaked. Staff isn't very helpful, breakfast is very simple. There are better options in the city for the same rate.

Rooms are clean, service is excellent, good location, easy Access, The gym is well equiped, the pool size is enoufh for training, the buffet is complete including desserts and different fruit options.

This is a nice hotel with nice staff but if you are travelling in the winter months beware... there is no heating and it could get cold in Sao Paulo, well at least for me as im from the caribbean.It also didnt help that the maid left the windows opened some days.But the hotel looked just like the photos. They had a good breakfast and our room was huge as it was a corner room.
