  For the price the hotel isn’t too bad. The staff are pleasant, the room is small but comfortable enough for one night. We just needed a place to stay between bus and flight, so it’s in a good location for the bus station. There’s not much around the hotel, so I wouldn’t base my São Paolo holiday there.

  Good for the price. Not a luxury place .

  Don’t get me wrong , this is just a two star business style hotel, my rating doesn’t mean it’s a four star luxury place, it does the job and they were nice enough giving me as a Diamond member a. Wry early check in. The rooms are very small, maybe 15m2 if at all but efficient and clean. Better than an ibis hotel. They come with a fridge, stacked mini bar (don’t touch😂😂!) and a safe. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very stable so better get a SIM card. Breakfast was acceptable within the price range. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel shockingly full of dirt, grime and , very sad, homeless people and drug addicts. If you are a female traveler don’t come by yourself. Not a secure area at all. It’s like skid row in Philadelphia. If you come by metro ride till Tiradentes, not Armenia station! Much safer exiting Tiradentes.   Hotel is quite OK, breakfast is good, they even have a restaurant in front of hotel which serves daily meal and pizza at evenings.However, reception service is very bad, not kind people and seem they are doing you a favor and not serving you for a service you paid for.My first and last stay at this Hotel. gerente gerente, Gerente geral at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Sao Paulo Tiradentes, responded to this review Hello,I want to thank you for the review.We had a change in the team and with that, we had an improvement in our service.I hope you come to Ramada more often.
