I would like to commend the staff for their service—truly a five-star team—as well as the lovely room where I stayed (Room 2012). However, what marred my visit was a party on the floor above during the night of the 24th/25th; I was unable to sleep at all, which was particularly frustrating given that I had to travel at 6:00 a.m. That really bothered me. A minor issue concerned the elevators, though I mention this only as a suggestion for improvement. Best regards, and I hope to return soon. Luxury, but some mistakes compromised

For a Luxury hotel, some mistakes in reception and lack of experience should not happen. The attendent in concierge did not make effort In helping me with my reservation, and I missed an experience as I was in a luxury hotel.
