Comfortable Stay Undermined by Poor Service Experience

My experience at Wyndham Garden Nortel had some positive aspects, but one unpleasant situation significantly affected my overall impression.The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious, which makes for a good night’s rest. The bathroom bidet shower does not work well, but the main shower is very good, with strong pressure and consistent temperature. The breakfast is also a highlight, offering a good variety of options.The staff is generally friendly. However, I had a negative experience at the restaurant: I ordered a pizza via delivery and intended to eat it there while also ordering additional items from the restaurant. I was prevented from doing so in a rude manner, which I found very unpleasant, especially due to the lack of courtesy in how the situation was handled.Unfortunately, this incident had a strong impact on my overall perception. I will not be returning. Don’t ever stay at this place !!!!

The service at this place is nothing short of Unacceptable!!A few hints on why1. Had to go buy batteries to make the AC Remote control work2. There was no power in the room at 11:50 pm. When I approached the from desk about the problem the employee named Guilherme was EXTREMELY rude and didn’t care at all about the problem claiming I was talking too loud Asked for a solution and he did not care and would simply not answer3 . It is now 2:00 am and I still have no access to my room!!! The Internet works too badly, I was without communication the entire stay. It is incredible that today a hotel does not have quality internet. Also the curtains in very poor condition and very dirty, the rugs in very poor condition and very dirty. really a very poor quality hotel.
