  Don’t ever stay at this place !!!!

  The service at this place is nothing short of Unacceptable!!A few hints on why1. Had to go buy batteries to make the AC Remote control work2. There was no power in the room at 11:50 pm. When I approached the from desk about the problem the employee named Guilherme was EXTREMELY rude and didn’t care at all about the problem claiming I was talking too loud Asked for a solution and he did not care and would simply not answer3 . It is now 2:00 am and I still have no access to my room!!!   the room was verty confortable, the services excelent, and the location very clean and quiet, i would like to return in this hotel again, the food was healthy, all things was well.   The Internet works too badly, I was without communication the entire stay. It is incredible that today a hotel does not have quality internet. Also the curtains in very poor condition and very dirty, the rugs in very poor condition and very dirty. really a very poor quality hotel.   Front desk could not find my reservation that made on Wyndham’s site. I had to email them my confirmation. This hotel charges per person - which I’ve never had to pay extra for my husband to stay in our room. They finally replaced my reservation with a rate twice as much as I had reserved it for. Got up to the room and was furious. Room was missing furniture and the bathroom seem old and dirty. Shower had great pressure and the bed was clean. Those are the only two things this hotel had going for them.
