    Our family of four (two young children) travelled to this hotel for 7 nights.We enjoyed every moment of our time,Our favourite moments include sitting on the balcony watching the stars and breathing in the fresh Mountain air!     Beautiful Location and Great Food

    This hotel, is perfect for families. The room was spacious has everything you need. The shuttle to Bankso is great. Used the resteraunt for dinner and so reasonably priced and great quality. The pool was a huge hit for my 6 year old and the park.     Exceptional Hospitality and a Truly Welcoming Atmosphere

    My friend and I visited this hotel for the first time on New Year’s Eve 2026, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The rooms were cosy and very clean, the steam bath and sauna were excellent, and the food was abundant, diverse, and genuinely tasty.However, the real strength of this place is its staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, not only professionally trained and polite, but also sincerely warm and attentive toward the guests. I was particularly impressed by the way the hotel manager handled an unpleasant situation involving a family with two very young children who had unknowingly booked through a fake travel agency and arrived without a valid reservation. She not only found a solution but treated the family with remarkable care and empathy, as if they were close friends. It was clear that she has the ability to make every guest feel special and truly looked after.Every request we made was met with personal attention. Before our arrival, we casually mentioned by phone that we would need an electric kettle, and without any further reminder, it was already waiting for us in the room. We were also offered free transport to and from Bansko on New Year’s Eve, whenever we wished.What truly makes this hotel stand out is the human connection: the relationships between staff and guests create a friendly, family-like atmosphere in which you feel comfortable, genuinely welcomed, and warmly accepted — an atmosphere that makes you want to return again.     An unforgettable family stay

    The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, very close to Bansko village, with easy access to the ski lifts that take you straight to the snow-covered mountain. The hotel also provides a free shuttle van to Bansko, which was extremely convenient. The driver was excellent, professional, and always punctual.The food was outstanding — fresh, tasty, and well-prepared every day. Breakfast and dinner were a real highlight of our stay. A very special mention goes to the Greek chef, Mr. Philippos, who is simply amazing. He is always present during breakfast and dinner, ensuring everything is perfect and greeting guests with warmth.The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and pleasant. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist.     Location is perfect, the sight is amazing towards the mountain. The atmosphere and the stuff are very polite and cheery. The room is very nice, has everything you will need to stay for months lol, a bit chilly though even the radiators on max. It is clean and great prices! The restaurant is very nice as well, great food and great prices. It's very quite even if there is a party in the restaurant, you cannot hear the music in the room. There play rooms for the kids and also game room and fitness for the adults. Love the place!!
