Location

The hotel is situated in the famous ski and summer resort of Bansko. The complex is right next to the Glazne River, just 100 m from the gondola. Within 10 minutes guests can reach the beautiful centre of the town, well-known for its numerous cultural monuments and local taverns. Plovdiv Airport is about 145 km away and Sofia Airport is about 160 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 95 apartments and 5 studios located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Rooms

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its pleasantly heated water and 4 outdoor and indoor pools. Children can splash around in a special swimming area just for them. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. A variety of activities are available at the complex, for example cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, bocce and beach volleyball. The complex's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Ski passes are available locally. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, bowling, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, badminton and darts. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine in a non-smoking restaurant with an area for smokers. Bed and breakfast can be booked.
