Location

This family-friendly club resort is just a few steps away from the lower station of the Gondola lift and right next door to the ice skating rink and bowling alley. Guests enjoy complimentary use of the shuttle bus to the gondola lift. There are shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, with nightlife spots just a 5-minute walk away. The town centre and numerous museums are a 15-minute walk from the ski hotel and Bansko bus and train stations are approximately 2 km away. The city of Blagoevgrad is roughly an hour's drive.

Facility

25 apartments and 135 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available.
