Excellent Jazz and spa long weekend in Lucky Bansko

    rating09 Aug 2026

We had a wonderful stay at Lucky Bansko. They fulfilled our specific accommodation request and upgraded us without any issue, the apartment itself was spotless — cosy, with a beautiful view over the Rila and Rhodope mountains. Every member of staff was genuinely polite and helpful throughout.A lovely touch: when we mentioned our early start from Vihren Hut, they suggested a dry breakfast package for 7:00 so we could beat the road closure — small gesture, but it made a real difference to our morning.Parking was plentiful, the location is an easy walk from the town centre, and the spa area and outdoor pool were both cosy and well kept. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention — a magnificent spread with plenty of choice, fresh vegetables and fruit, eggs, salty and sweet staff, and more.Highly recommend for anyone combining mountain days with a bit of relaxation. We'll be back! Excellent stay

    rating01 Jun 2026

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Before arrival they notified us of a group of college students staying at the property during our stay so the evenings may be a little louder than usual. We decided to keep our booking and glad we did, we didn’t even see the students let alone hear them. Upon arrival we were greeted with every member of staff that we passed. We were checked in by Milen who was wonderful. Our room was upgraded to an Apartment Lux and it was brilliant. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The spa facilities were lovely and we spent a few hours down there just relaxing. The breakfast the next morning was one of the best breakfast selections we have had at a hotel. They had everything from savoury to sweet, hot dishes to cold dishes. We would recommend this hotel and would certainly be back.
