    The hotel is ok, food is good, but breakfast could be more various. The rooms are clean, but not luxurious clean (I mean, there were spider webs on the walls). The pool was cold and that’s a big minus unfortunately, because we chose this place being with a baby. Also, if you want bath robes, they are not included in the room price. They are 7 leva. Sauna is ok.

    We stud there for 5days, great days, great hotel. Nice rooms, hot, with kitchen inside :) cable tv and view. Cleaned daily, and well supplied. The food was good, cofee great but the juice machine had some issues, but who drinks juice :)Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, all great. Great choice for a hotel.

    We spend four excellent days in Bansko.Stay in Orbilux was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable with great view to Pirin mountain.Good breakfast Staff was very friendly and make our vacation more pleasant. Big surprise was Moni the parrot - very sweet bird in the hotel's lobby.

    Pros:- Nice location near to the casino and the city center-Free transportation to the ski liftCons : - There was no wifi connection in our room- Rooms weren't being cleaned. The cleaning ladies were only changing the towels. - The staff had poor knowledge of english and the communication required body language -The breakfast buffet was small and most times cold and dinner's variety was poor and of bad quality. - Everything extra was charged. For example you had to rent flip flops and bathrobe for the pool. They also warned us that if any towel is missing it would be charged. - The van that transported us to the ski lifts was not always punctual and as a result we were forced to return to the hotel from the ski area with all our equipment by feet. - Last but not least in the kitchen oven of the room we found some cookies from the previous customers.

    Orbilux was one of hotels suggested and we couldn’t have been happier. For every hotel we researched something negative had been written, so we really did not know what to expect. The staff was very helpful, friendly and spoke English, Just a short walkinto town and the ski gondola. Or there is transportation 8 am - 10 am, and returnfrom slope 3 - 5 pm. You can rent skis from the hotel and buy lift tickets,but we ended up renting at Tsakiris, right across fromthe gondola, where they will also store your boots.We took only breakfast at Orbilux because there are so many restaurants in town for dnner. Breakfast was good. Nice swimming pool and steam room and sauna. The rooms were good size and very clean and light with balcony. This hotel is rated 3 star, but deserves more. The lady in charge Toni was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.
