The hotel is situated on the foothills of Mountain Pirin, in the town of Bansko. Surrounded by the outstanding nature of Pirin, it is within walking distance of the gondola ski lift station and Bansko's historical centre. There are shops, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel and nightclubs just 250 metres away. Bansko's central bus and train stations are approximately 3 km from the hotel, while Holy Trinity Church and Nikola Vaptsarov House Museum are 1 km away and Baykusheva Mura (the oldest tree in Bulgaria) is roughly 1.5 km away.

    A beautifully presented hotel with outstanding pool and spa facilities. Staff were also fantastic. Actually, up there with the best facilities we've experienced. The staff were always friendly and very attentive. Room was spacious and clean and had a balcony which however, only had partial view of mountains with the rest of the view waste ground and the property opposite. We stayed half board for 3 nights. Breakfast was ok. The coffee was not good and luke warm and juices were effectively squash. Evening meals again were ok and in fairness there was plently of selection. On the whole though a good stay and would stay again but maybe not on half board.

    We had an excellent family stay at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko. We booked half board, including breakfast and dinner, and found the resort extremely welcoming and accommodating for our three young children.The service was excellent from check-in to checkout. The front desk upgraded us at no additional charge so our family would be more comfortable, which we greatly appreciated. Our kids loved both the outdoor pool and the indoor spa pool, as well as the thoughtfully designed kids’ room.The spa was excellent and appeared newly renovated. The poolside food was another highlight—we tried the pizza, burgers, and fries, and everything was top-notch. Both breakfast and dinner offered generous buffet selections with very good food, especially for buffet-style dining. The freshly made breakfast crepes were outstanding.Overall, the combination of genuinely friendly service, quality food, excellent facilities, and a family-friendly atmosphere exceeded our expectations—especially coming from the United States. We would strongly recommend this resort, particularly to families traveling with young children.

    Great hotel, I loved the spa area, the saunas were very relaxing and there were many pools. I didn't go to the restaurant because it was quite expensive, but that's expected from a luxury hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the views were beautiful. I did get a bit scared tho from staff cuz the receptionist seemed a bit fed up and rolled her eyes when I said my key card wasn't working, but she was probably just tired.

    Very Disappointing – Far from a Fully Renovated 5-Star Experience

    This was our second stay at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort. Our first visit was more than five years ago, when we stayed in the hotel's best suite, and everything was absolutely flawless. We returned because the hotel is now advertised as being "fully renovated."Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The renovation feels incomplete, with many details looking rushed and poorly finished. The biggest disappointment was the spa. The water had an extremely strong chemical smell, and both of us experienced skin irritation and itching after using the pools.Compared to our first visit, the decline in quality is significant. We left feeling disappointed and would not return, even if the stay were free.

    I didn't have a safe in my room for my weeks stay despite asking on day one. There was no room service as the app didn't work and the phone in my room was not connected to anything. The bed was broke, wallpaper coming away from walls, flooring was damaged in multiple areas, view from my room was very disappointing, no path to the hotel so had to walk in road, bathroom sink leaked badly, bathroom door handles broken, huge crack up tiles in bath area.
