Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this hotel is located in Sunny Beach and is a few metres from the beach. Guests can reach the centre after about 2.5 km. There is a bus stop nearby. It is about 35 km to the nearest airport, Bourgas (BOJ), and Varna (VAR) is around 100 km away.

    Really lovely hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Good location with short walk to beach across the boardwalk and about 30 mins to Nessebar Old Town. Hotel was always kept super clean, food was good, but a little limited for vegetarians. Homemade soup was delicious. Would definitely return

    This was are 2nd visit to Aktina and would definitely return again the hotel is immaculately clean the food is amazing better than 5 star hotels I've been all the staff are polite and friendly it's a very well run hotel perfect location for either Nessabar or Sunny beach the beach just behind the hotel is is fantastic and there are bars and restaurants just outside hotel but why anyone would eat out when the food is so good here can't really find any faults to mention definitely a 10 out of 10 for us

    Hotel was great value for money, cleaners came round every day, food was really nice and enough options to chose from. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A taxi ride into sunny Beach was 5 min or so and was €15 and roughly €20 back at night time or the train goes in both directions with stops a short walk down the road €4 each.

    The room was small but clean and functional There was a lack of hangers in the wardrobe only 6 between two of us, not a major problem If I have any criticism, it’s the wet room which is obviously down to space The maid didn’t make the bed, only on the day she changed the bedding, and I had to get the duvet type blanket changed because it was badly stained The sink in the bathroom wasn’t clean, it was scummy to the touch. But we’re not people who live in our room so we overlooked the few things we thought weren’t up to scratch The hotel itself was very clean in the restaurant , pool and bar area , they were constantly cleaning and sweeping up any debris from the trees, and mopping the floors The staff were also all very polite and friendly even though some didn’t understand English, they used Translate on their phones, they couldn’t have been nicer. The buffet was small but plentiful, always a choice, both at lunch and dinner time., with even ice cream every afternoon at three o’clock. There were pool games most days and the occasional night, and some other entertainment like dancing and karaoke. All in all a small but friendly atmosphere at least when we were there, we would consider a return visit in the future
