Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this apartment hotel is located in Sunny Beach and is about 5 minutes from the public sandy beach. Guests can reach the centre after about 1.7 km. Bourgas (BOJ) Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 96 apartments and 4 studios, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a playroom and a car hire service are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (for a fee). There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge (subject to availability).

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning (no extra charge). The standard features of some rooms include a balcony or terrace, providing extra room for relaxation. Extra beds can be requested. Some rooms offer a kitchenette, a mini fridge, a TV and a kettle. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. For additional comfort, guests are provided with cosmetic products and a selection of towels.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Leisure activities available for a fee at the hotel include water skiing, surfing, canoeing, diving and billiards. In addition, water skiing, surfing, canoeing and diving are offered by third-party operators.

    Where can I start wot a great place to stay rooms cleaned every day only thing missing in room was a microwave but really gd poolbar was ran by peter and his wife Georgina both could not do enough for you great price at the bar got a couple of restaurants around by the apartments and 5 mins to the beach 10 min then to flower street if you want lively stuff but allways by the pool which is great and the bar was better met some lovely people our there and looking to book again for September this year only a week this time but be going again next June WOT A GREAT PLACE SEE YOU SOON

    First impressions were not good as we were dropped off late and not near reception and not told where to go... However it did get better the room was acceptable could have had a few more accessories like a microwave. But it was clean and comfortable also cleaned every day. The bar is very friendly and run by a great host who makes everyone welcome . Overall it was worth the money we paid and not nearly as bad as some of the reviews we read.

    The one bedroom apartment I was in fantastic. Cleaning staff came in everyday. Central to the promenade.A beautiful walk along the sea front. The local bus stops outside. Which is great for getting around. I would definitely recommend The Efir. And I will be returning again.

    Great place , rooms are well equipped and comfortable with good air conditioning and cleaned everyday ... beds are changed towels are changed floors mopped couldn't fault it ... only thing is the bar only opened until 11pm and pool until 8 ... shop attached open 24 hours tho and your right at start of strip ... would go again no problem

    Very impressed with the quality of their work. Clean every day everywhere. Plenty of space in the room. Refrigerator and some small electrical equipment. Lack of microwave oven but... it is OK.Pool with excellent bar and bartender.ONLY payed WiFi access but... not fatal.Payment options the... Cash only. Pay on check-in is also a frustrating issue. Great service above all. Sure a place in my favourites. Everything is near to this hotel. Beach, Market(s), transport (buses, taxis)
