  We stayed with my family from 2026.08.02 to 2026.08.12. The room is neat, beautiful. The hotel is clean, the territory is well maintained.The atmosphere is friendly and fun.There was some noise from the street, but it didn't interfere with our rest.There is a choice of food, and everything is really fresh, delicious.5 min walk to the sea. 10 min to the center.The location is great. The animators are wonderful. Every evening except Monday there is a mini disco for children, followed by a show program.I think we will come back. Good value. Minus - you need to take the sun loungers by the pool from early morning.

  1/5 – Definitely not recommended.Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment.The worst experience was that our inflatable pool pelicans were stolen after we left them in the place recommended by the hotel staff. When we reported the theft, the staff simply dismissed the issue, claiming that “there are no cameras there.” This is not true. There are CCTV cameras exactly where they told us to leave the inflatables, as well as at the exit doors and outside the building. No one even tried to review the footage or seriously investigate what happened.Another major problem is the daily fight for sunbeds around the pool. If you don’t wake up around 7:00 a.m. to reserve one, you will most likely not find a free sunbed later. The same situation applies to the restaurant. Every day we had to spend 10–15 minutes walking around, waiting and searching for a free table because the hotel cannot accommodate the number of guests.The Wi-Fi around the pool is practically unusable. Forget about having a stable internet connection.Customer service was very disappointing. Instead of helping guests and taking responsibility, the staff showed complete indifference and simply brushed our concerns aside.For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and organization. We will not return to this hotel, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it to anyone.

  We had an amazing stay at hotel Baikal and here is why

  We stayed at Hotel Baikal for 2 weeks with our 6-year-old daughter, and honestly, it was one of the best all-inclusive holidays we have ever had!!!!I have stayed at several all-inclusive hotels before, but this experience really stood out. There were many reasons, but the biggest one was definitely the fantastic animation team!The whole team was incredibly friendly, energetic, funny and welcoming. They worked so hard every single day to create a wonderful atmosphere for both children and adults. There was always something happening: aqua Zumba in the pool, dance choreography, games, movie quizzes, activities and, of course, the kids’ disco, which our daughter absolutely loved!?? No matter how hot it was or how long the day had been, the animation team always appeared with huge smiles, endless energy and a genuinely friendly attitude! Amazing guys!!’They made everyone feel included and brought so much joy to our holiday. A huge thank you to the entire team. You were amazing and truly made our stay unforgettable!????The food was another highlight!I was really surprised by the variety available every day. There were different soups, salads, vegetables, cheeses, meat, seafood, side dishes, fruit and an impressive selection of cakes and desserts.It was also very easy to eat healthily. During our two-week stay, I enjoyed lots of fresh salads, cheese and different soups, while the rest of the family could choose from plenty of other options. There really was something for everyone, including both adults and children.We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would happily return.The only small downside was the smoking, although this is not really the hotel’s fault. It is probably more of a friendly message to the Bulgarian authorities: perhaps it is time to introduce a few more smoking rules!Many guests smoked around the outdoor restaurant area while other people were eating. As Swedes, we are used to very strict smoking regulations, so at first we were quite shocked. In Sweden, smoking next to someone eating dinner would almost feel like breaking a national law!After a few days, we became quite skilled at finding strategic smoke-free tables and checking the wind direction before sitting down. So, non-smokers should be prepared for this, but it did not ruin our overall experience.The hotel is located only around a 5–10 minute walk from Sunny Beach. The area is lively, busy and sometimes crowded, but the beach itself is beautiful. Nessebar is also nearby and is absolutely worth visiting during your stay.Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Hotel Baikal, especially to families with children. The wonderful animation team, varied food, friendly atmosphere and convenient location made our stay very special.We hope to come back again soon!!! ??

  We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Baikal! The rooms were clean, modern, and kept spotless every single day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were always friendly and welcoming.The food was varied, delicious, and offered something for everyone at every meal. The restaurant was well organized, and the staff provided excellent service with a smile.The hotel’s facilities were also excellent. The pool area was clean and inviting, there was great entertainment, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from both the beach and the town center.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Hotel Baikal to both families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would be delighted to return! Familien Roppestad.

  Food was good overall. We had all inclusive. Breakfast fried eggs always rock hard, large buffet, large selection. Beer in the hotel is watered down to nothing, spirits same for cocktails, The animation team were really nice and engaging, doing great work all day and night. Rooms and hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are modern, lovely bathroom etc. The sun beds are biggest issue, people claim them from very early mornings and not use them for hours , staff should not allow this, often we could not get sun bed, Staff are friendly, helpful.Beer is like making love in a canoe.... very close to water.
