Location

This hotel is set 50 m from the sandy beach in quiet and peaceful surroundings at the northern end of the Sunny Beach resort, approximately 3 km from its centre. It is surrounded by pretty much all guests might need, including restaurants, pubs, discos and attractions. A regular bus service offers a good connection to every part of the resort and the main bus station, with buses heading to multiple destinations all over the country and abroad, is just 50 m away. Interesting locations to visit include the city of Burgas and especially the sea capital of Bulgaria, Varna, with its great shopping promenade, Sea Garden, Dolphin show, aquarium and many other places of interest. It is 15 km to Burgas Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 2 apartments, 2 studios and 31 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar is provided. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and a mini fridge is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym and billiards.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    My husband and I have just returned from a two week stay at the Bora Bora. We had a great holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean sheets and towels every two to three days.The staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us, the food was lovely, I wanted to bring the chef home with me, and Yoanna who was on hand from first thing in the morning to last thing at night was amazing. As well as running the reception she tended the bar, waited on tables and looked after the pool.     Small family run hotel at the quiet end of Sunny Beach, we received a warm welcome on arrival & a choice of rooms due to end of season. We opted for fourth floor sea view which is slightly obscured by trees from the hotel on the front, but full view of the under construction building next door ( thankfully no work done during our visit) . The hotel is very basic but comfortable so if you are looking for 4* this is not for you. We stayed a week & in that time we had bedding changed once & fresh towels every other day, down side floor looked clean but was very sandy & one side of the shower door needs replacing. Breakfast again was basic standard continental which was nice with small selection of warm / cold cooked foods, if you are a tea lover bring your own teabags & coffee lovers go to the Americano shacks along the beach. They did have a menu for food but unfortunately I can’t comment as we didn’t eat anything other than breakfast here. If you’re a sun worshiper there is plenty of beds by the small pool which when we first arrived was quite busy during the day. Overall for what we paid to stay we were happy with what we received, apart from being dumped on the main road by transfer bus & told the hotel is somewhere down there but that’s a TUI issue! . Visit Nessebar only a bus ride from across the road from hotel number 5 or 8 3 lv each, don’t get the noddy train back as they rip you off & dump you miles away from sunny beach.     We had a great stay at the bora bora hotel the staff are efficient the rooms are comfy and clean. Yoanna is a very good manager she does not stop working margo is a wonderful chef here dishes are second to none and steven is a very good barmen who looks after you.     Beautiful hotel. Lovely clean rooms with a great view of the beach. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast variety. The pool was gorgeous Lovely and clean, very warm. Extremely close to the beach, less than 2 minutes away. Close to the main strip, which is just by the beach, with lots of restaurants and bars and shops, also chemist's. The hotel food was delicious and the drinks, very reasonable price. Myself and my friend, had a wonderful time there. Would recommend the BORA BORA HOTEL to everyone.     This hotel....Good points it was clean. Blonde lady at reception was polite & helpful. ( Yoanna) I think. This hotel is also close to the beach. Bad points1) leak in bathroom 305 (Images of leaks provides)2) who we reported too wasn't bothered about it ( Alexander) basically. His response to this was i dont c the problem about it and shrugged his shoulders 3) Very basic breakfast & majority of times cold.4) Pool is very small. But also advertised in Tui brochure about a second pool is non existent! 5) Husband room balcony door wouldn't lock 301. We stayed here for 11 nights.6) Broken tiles around the pool.Yes I agreed u get what u paid for! Indeed, the leak in 305 developed mid season and could not be repaired mid season. However it is but a few drops on rare occasions. Not a constant leak.2. Alexander was let go. His performance at his job was indeed very poor.3. What we usually have at breakfast. Fried sausages, eggs, mushrooms, beans. 3 types of cheese, 3 types of ham/salami. Seasonal fruits, White and dark bread, Croissants, pastry, vegetables, cornflakes, jams, honey, chocolate, tea, milk, coffee, capuccino, juice. Yes, more or less the same , but you can select different thing every morning. It is up to you. Hnestly I do not know what more would you like to have for breakfast. Yes, breakfast table is small, but so is the hotel.4. Hotel description on TUI is accurate. Child pool is within the main pool.5. Is is on the 3rd floor. Balconies are separated and can't be climbed. No need to lock6.Indeed. A few cracked tiles. We glued the pieces as we cannot replace them mid season (these tiles are no longer in production). Pleases are glued on and do not move, so safe.We hope these things did not bother you too much during your leasure time. We will of course repair all that's mentioned for the next season.
