This was a last minute holiday so didn’t know what to expect; on arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who checked us in (1:30 am) we were shown to our block which was quite a walk away from the reception area, the paths are very cobbly and struggled with our suitcases. We enquired where to get water from to be told there was a 24hr supermarket round the back which was about a 5 minute walk (but very dark) returned to the room which we had a deluxe Double RO, very clean , bathroom ,shower,toilet, double bed, WiFi,( free in your room only ), aircon free, tv, hairdryer, iron ,safe which is free, ironing board, kettle, fridge, coffee maker but you had to buy them from the shop, also had a balcony overlooking the pool . We explored the following day; there are 10 pools In this complex loads of sunbeds (bonus) although the hotel was quiet . Some of the pools are very shaded so was quite cold . The maid came only 1 day to empty the bin and bedding changed once we got clean towels 3 times. The walk to the town centre / beach was about 15-20 minutes depending how fast you walk . There is a little supermarket on site which sells almost everything you need. We tried the restaurant on site which was nice , lovely food reasonable but the service was a bit slow. Check out is 12 pm but if you wanted to keep the room on it is €70 which we didn’t bother for 6 hours as you can still sit around the pool and use the facilities.

We had a wonderful stay! ?? The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The atmosphere is lovely, and everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.All the staff were always smiling, helpful, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our time here. ??We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ??

The best for the family vacation

The hotel is a great choice for families, and we were very happy with our experience.We really enjoyed the facilities and swimming pools. Our 3-year-old loved the animation program very much!We would also like to thank the entire hotel staff. The receptionists were always there to help us, and even the manager welcomed us personally and responded to every enquiry we had. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional, and we always felt welcome and well taken care of.Overall, we had a lovely family holiday and would happily return to Cascadas next summer. Highly recommended for families with children!

I really enjoyed my stay at Cascadas Hotel. The atmosphere was nice, the hotel area was beautiful, and everything was comfortable. I especially liked the staff everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are now considering buying an apartment here. I would definitely be happy to come back again!
