  The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else was terrible. The room smelled very bad,there wasn’t hot water in the bathroom, the pool was dirty and unsupported and before leaving we suddenly understood that we have to pay 10 BGN for parking that was not mentioned earlier. I don’t recommend this hotel !!! Never going back there !!!

  I was kinda surprised with this hotel. We booked it as a last minute option, but It was worth. Nice stuff, rooms were just fine, pool on the rooftop was clean. Only thing you need to count with is a noise from the street, a beach was like 5/10 minutes walking. Food was very very basic, but if you aren't picky you will be okay. Despite that it was kinda comfortable holiday.

  The hotel is definitely not luxury at all and there is northing royal about it, the shower is terrible took a very long time to get hot water. When we arrived the man at reception was not very welcoming at all, there was no safety deposit box in rooms, they only had some next to reception. When i asked reception if they have ironing facilities i was told they do not have these facilities. Our room only got cleaned and towels got changed every other day. The rooms had air con which was great and also have free wifi. The hotel is in a very great location from the strip is about 1 minute walk and they have a swimming pool on the roof which I thought was great it was quite a big swimming pool as-well overall i would say this hotel is good if your looking for somewhere cheap just to sleep after being out partying all night but if your going for a family vacation or a luxury holiday then definitely would not recommend this hotel.

  I stayed at this hotel for a week and absolutely had no issues at all! The room was clean, towels changed when necessary, had a balcony and a nice little swimming room on the roof. Breakfast served until 10am with loads of varaties. The staff at the reception where super friendly and helpful as well as the security man at nights. Also, a cheap bar downstairs with wifi to kill the time. The location is perfect for young people with loads of bars abd clubs just round the corner. Around 10 min walking distance to the beach. Will definitely be back!

  Stayed here for a week recently and booked via tui. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced as necessary. The hotel is close to the flower street and many bars and restaurants. The public areas are often cleaned and well maintained. We stayed b and b. The breakfast was lovely with a very good choice of hot and cold food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. As said before, dimitry the front of house manager is fantastic. Polite, friendly and supportive. The rooms are a good size. The hotel is what it is.The only issue we had was that tui sell this hotel as adults only. Other nationalities were there with children. This meant the staff had a problem. The English at times were behaving as if it was an 18-30s holiday. Shouting, swearing and banging doors. The tui rep encouraged the young visitors with words like ' this place is like Amsterdam on steroids'!!I felt really sorry for the dimitry and his staff. The noise didn't spoil our stay at all. Finally thank you to dimitry and he's staff for a lovely stay.
