    We are in Sunny beach do not book this hotel , the pool is empty it’s a dump ( English ) again do not book ! It’s a terrible place inside and out

    Very bad experience, the rooms were awful, it took staff hours to checkin, the wifi is barely working, the AC had issues in the room, everything is messy/dirty, definitely do not recommend.

    It was my third time in Bulgaria. We booked Chaika Beach resort for a very reasonable price. For this price i did not expect 5 star hotel experience. Our room was clean, the breakfast and lunch was good. For dinner we do not eat much. Salate, which was all the time good.The hotel need renovation but after that for sure you will not have such a low prices.Beach is wonderful such as the whole area. We are planning to return in June 2025.

    This hotel should be closed. The pool was not clean, the room was dirty, the furniture brocken, hot water in the showers after 19:00. One elevator was working. The food was not eatable. The first room yhey gave to us after 2 hours waiting was not cleaned without sheets. They gave to us another one, but in the same condition as the first one. We moved to another hotel the next day.

    do not stay at chakia beach!!!!! the pool is green, the food is unbearable and cold with flys flying on it, no snacks during the day or drinks, and they speak to you like 💩💩and we had 2 wasp nest on our balcony and the room is filthy, after lots of calls to on the beach, we got a upgrade to the galrus and it’s absolutely amazing and we got a full 2 day refund for the state of the place as my husband has a bad back and we was on the 5th floor with broken lifts, please if your booked there change your hotel asap
