Location

This apartment hotel is located just 50 m from the beach in Sveti Vlas, with its beautiful promenade by the sea and the most beautiful marina area in Bulgaria, with its lively atmosphere, night life and 8 great restaurants. It is also 850 m from the centre of Sveti Vlas, with its cosy atmosphere created by the colourful street merchants, small restaurants, shopping places and friendly townspeople. It is also very close to at least 10 restaurants and bistros, two supermarkets where breakfast can be ordered, and clubs based at the yacht marina in Sveti Vlas. Guests may also be interested in visiting the Nessebar Old Town, around 6 km away, S.Beach Action Aqua Park, some 4 km away, a trip to the Varna Dolphinarium, around 90 km, or Sozopol Old Town, around 70 km away. The bus station is around 350 m away. Burgas Airport is around 40 km away and Varna Airport is some 90 km from the apartment hotel.

Facility

In addition to 6 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lifts,made up of a 4-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Awaiting guests are 130 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, crazy golf, fishing and horse riding. For a fee, guests can also enjoy beach volleyball. With kayaking or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Billiards and darts or, for a fee, a gym, are among the sport and leisure options available. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. The apartment complex offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. A delicious breakfast provides energy for the rest of the day.

    Diamond Hotel - Avoid if you can!!

    We were originally booked into another hotel and were informed last minute that we’d be moved to the Diamond Hotel. While we always take reviews with a pinch of salt, I strongly recommend paying attention to the negative ones, they are unfortunately very accurate.On arrival, the hotel looked lovely cosmetically, but that’s where the positives ended. Our room had a terrible sewage smell coming from leaking toilet pipes and blocked drains. We had to use a bowl to cover the drain just to keep the smell down.The all-inclusive package was extremely disappointing. We were told the food was prepared at another hotel and transported here, by the time it arrived, it was stale and cold. We had to use a broken microwave to warm it up every day. There was no snack bar (closed the entire holiday), and only one bar was open with very limited drinks.There was no entertainment whatsoever, not even background music until day four, when guests started playing their own speakers and openly complaining in front of staff.To make things worse, there are ridiculous fines:100lv for taking more than two drinks,100lv for making any noise, even mid-day or after 22:00.The only good part, apart from a comfy sleep, was the airport pickup, purely because it meant we were going home.Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I never really take notice of reviews but I wish I had hereAwful staff but for 1 exception Pablo in the restaurant.. the food was awful most of us ended up vomiting and diarrhea, by the time Friday came I could only keep water down...Alcohol not much to right home about and I don't know what that coca cola was but haven't tasted anything like that before

    [ ] Bad wifiThe wifi is there but connects temporarily then disconnects. If you're on limited data, you wouldnt know unless you paid attention to that detail. It is slow as well when connected[ ] "European food"The food is plentiful but barely anything for the English pallete. My children have struggled to eat here. Best they can get is chips if they're warm which isn't always the case. The breakfast choices again are limited but there is tepid streaky bacon, freshly cooked eggs and boiled eggs etc. The beans are ALWAYS stone cold!. There is a microwave but then where is this 4 star hotel when you need to do this. Barely any chicken. My kids are fussy.[ ] Unlimited drinksAll drinks are served in small plastic cups. Around 300ml in size from the miserable staff. If they smiled, it looks like it would physically hurt. The choice of drinks is beer or wine (red or white). The 5 spirits available I wouldn't choose but that's my preference. At no point even in the evening away from the pool am I given the single beer they have in anything but plastic. What a joke.During the day between breakfast and lunch there is a coffee machine. Guess what you have to fill that into? Yup. Plastic. Because we all know plastic is a great insulator. Pathetic.[ ] EntertainmentIf you enjoy the likes of Groundhog day then this is the hotel for you. Everyday is the same rubbish routine. Nothing is changed up. Yoga is done right at the door so you can't get round. Water polo in the morning if anyone actually decides they want to do it. Water aerobics every day with the same playlist. Literally the same songs as if it was played from a cassette.[ ] Hotel roomClean I suppose and the maids come round daily. The bathroom is a deathtrap. Its like wearing grease on a ice rink. Place down small towels actually in the bathroom to prevent smashing your head on the corners of the stone walling.Bottom line, AVOID LIKE COVID! This place is a family mistake and has cost us dearly. For all inclusive we've had to eat out everyday for the lack of choice. I also write this with a bloody week left of this horrible hell hole. I wish I never booked it. Has put me off Bulgaria for life and its my third visit.
