Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this 4-star hotel lies in Sunny Beach, right on the sandy beach. The nearest airport is Bourgas (BOJ), situated approximately 32 km away.

Facility

40 suites, 15 apartments, 20 single rooms and 558 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and a single-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a hairdresser, 2 conference rooms and a theatre hall. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability).

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. The pool area also includes a hot tub (no extra charge), a waterslide and a pool bar. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The hotel offers a comprehensive sports programme, including beach volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy crazy golf and horse riding. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards. A wellness area with a sauna is available to guests of the hotel. There are a selection of services and facilities, including a beauty salon and massage treatments, available for a fee. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Catering is provided by 5 buffet and à-la-carte restaurants (with high chairs for children). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and a dinner from the buffet or à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of space for sunbeds, food great. Couldn't fault anything apart from the later in September you go the evening entertainment is a bit poor.

    Stayed last week of September 2025.Food served was poor in quality and presented poorly. Got steadily worse day by day.So many basic items missing like standard tea bags. None for 9 days there.Often coffee machines were not working due to ingredients being reloaded hours later.Choice of bread was was very limited and often stale. I asked manager for butter. Staff returned to tell him they had none!Staff in the main restaurant were indifferent to guest needs and they showed general poor morale.One night, six containers of chocolate ice-crean flavour only. Lucky, next night had none!Locked toilet cubicles on ground floor meant queues for toilets with no toilet roll or paper to dry your hands. Guests had to use they own handkies.Reps busy and embatassed in having to log all complaints. Compensation was going to have to be paid by them.The blame lies entirely with management who failed guests into giving them an inferior service to what they could have given.Positives were staff in main bar and pizza chef in the snack bar.Reception was hit or miss on politeness.Nothing was any staff's responsibility as hotel would be closing.The unhappiness spread among guests and staff.

    Hotel is clean and close to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers. The sea is calm, beach is sandy with shallow waters. The food is repetitive and if you a vegetarian then you will be eating pasta, pizza and chips everyday. The evening entertainment is almost non -existent unless you like a music quiz every night, probably one of the poorest entertainment i have ever seen. The sea view room is recommended as it has a great view

    Here now, no way is this a 4* resort. It looks absolutely beautiful on arrival, reception area very grand & looks lovely. & location is perfect but that is all. The food is a 2/3* evening meals repeated after 2 days & that's paying for premium upgrade, snacks during the day are okay, but lunch and dinner are almost non edible. We've paid to eat out a lot so we can eat something other than pizza and chips. Paid for pool view and staring at a green roof which is filled with rubbish and clothes, after complaining twice over 4 days all stuff is still there. Room wasn't clean on arrival, room bathroom has mould on tiles and grout & doesn't even have a bath in the room only s shower that floods whole room as shower curtain 10cm off the floor, making it incredibly slippy and dangerous. Towels removed from maids and no clean ones given, 2 phone calls to reception & 3 hours later they arrived. No travel cot on arrival like booked & had to ask and took hours to arrive. Site ran out of ketchup and mayo in premium and was told can go to the basic buffet for it ( other side of resort) very small choice for alacart restaurant with only 1 restaurant and 1 time slot available as we booked 3 days into our stay as wasn't informed you needed to do this ASAP. This morning, in premium no apple juice (ran out?) Coffee machines broke and other machine over used so then had to be closed for cleaning after waiting 20 mins in a huge que so had to go bck to the room to boil kettle to make a cup of tea. Bread stale and told to just use it or leave it ?! Overall would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a 4* experience. It is more of a 2* or basic 3. Some staff are polite (most bar staff) but kitchen staff look miserable and unapproachable. Only management on site some days and not after 4pm.

    One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful view of the sea. Clean and tidy rooms, the water in the pool is clear. The food served in the hotel restaurant is delicious, every dish was very tasty, huge selection of different meals. Hotel staff very nice and helpful in every situation. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for relaxation
