The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Great location on the beach . In walking distance market and near bus stop . great staff very helpful and friendly.food was first class and varied. Everywhere was spotless. The room was very spacious with a great shower. Overall a excellent hotel

This hotel has been brilliant, managers have been brilliant in all aspects including welcoming us with open arms and even bringing drinks to our table at no extra chargeCleaners have been brilliant and friendly and helpful even though some of them didn’t speak good English The Animation Team were very nice with the entertainment with the kids and also the bingo was good fun. They were even accommodating when me and my friend went on the stage to join in with the kids mini disco. Even made some new friends with the kids as a result of this. We will be sure to keep in touch. On our last day we got another surprise in being allowed to keep our room until 4pm when the normal checkout time is 11am at no extra charge. Perhaps because our pickup window back to the airport didn’t start until after 6pm. Only criticisms are the juice in the bar was very watery and the shops closing early but that’s personal preferences All in all a very positive 13 days in Bulgaria. In fact we both agree this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

Lovely hotel beautiful food and beautiful staff , animation team amazing kids had so much fun , and big special shoutout to rasian as he is the most amazing memeber of staff here , he’s been absolutely amazing and lovely , couldnt of asked for a better to make our holiday so great , we wish him all the best as he’s honestly been the kids joy and our joy of the holiday

Very disappointing experience – DIT Evrika Beach Club HotelWe stayed at DIT Evrika Beach Club Hotel with our family and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience.Our room was very dirty when we arrived. We made several requests for it to be cleaned, but despite asking multiple times, the room was never properly cleaned during our stay.The attitude of some staff members was also disappointing. We found several members of staff to be unpleasant and unhelpful. The staff at the bar often appeared unhappy and rarely acknowledged customers with a smile.The evening food was another disappointment. On several occasions, we were served bread that was old and hard. We also noticed staff members drinking alcohol while they were on duty, which we found very unprofessional.Overall, this was not the family holiday experience we expected. The cleanliness, customer service and standards of food and service need significant improvement.Generally location is great with very beautiful view on the Sea, local shops and bus nearby.
