  We would like to say a huge thank you to the team at DIT Majestic Beach Resort, particularly the management and everyone who dealt with us regarding our booking.The customer service we received was genuinely exceptional. Everyone was incredibly understanding, kind, professional and accommodating throughout, and we felt that our situation was handled with such care and compassion.It is not often that you come across a team who go so far above and beyond to help their customers, and we are genuinely so grateful for the understanding and kindness we were shown.The management and customer service team deserve a huge amount of recognition. Thank you so much for making what could have been a very stressful situation such a positive experience. Will definitely make another booking here??

  fabulous complex, some areas dated but very clean, friendly food absolutely amazing and lots of it! own beach with beds, stunning views and shops close, Spa available and lots of pools to choose from, highly recommend this hotel

  we stayed from the 30th august till the 9th september the weather was great high 20is all week and everthing was open. The hotel is in a quiet area up north end we checked in late around midnight first impression was out dated saying that it was very clean got our keys went to our room ok view very good bed room ok then we entered the bath room this was a eye opener shower over bath not ideal for older people had to help my wive in and out of shower grout missing on floor tiles a mess where they had tried to patch it up wive got out of shower one day and walked with grout stuck to her feet this bath room really needs up dated. Now the good things out side pool area is brilliant clean plenty of space sun beds we dint really have a problem getting one the pool bar was bang on staff good, Inside bar very good staff again good.   Lovely holiday.

  We returned for a week in September after a lovely holiday last September. Nice time to come not too busy. Weather still nice, plenty of sunbeds by pools and beach at this time of year although you still get some people reserving their favourite spot. They have renewed half of the sunbeds and the older ones used to have cushions on which they don't now and are quite uncomfortable with slats. They should renew them all or provide cushions still. The pools have easy access steps and you can change pool towels daily.The Hotel is large, service mostly good.The rooms are spacious, clean, plenty of storage, some small items free in mini bar and daily water. Bathrooms are a bit outdated with no walk in shower, shower is over bath with a curtain, shower screen would be an improvement.Location is good beach right outside, up the north end where it is quieter but not far to walk to centre of resort, there is also a small land train running from outside hotel beach side up to the centre of the resort. Cost 4 euros.The hotel has a spa and massages cost the same as the ones on the beach.Nice pool bar and lobby bar, drinks are fine except the cocktails which are poor but they always are in all inclusive hotels.Food is generally good, although I feel they have made some cutbacks since last year, just small things but noticeable, for example I like cheese and this year there was no Brie or Blue cheese, less seeds and dried fruits. I know I'm being picky but last year seemed so much better.Snack bar is good and great for helping yourself to drinks, ice creams and snacks most of the day.Since changing to the euro prices have increased but still some good deals to be had on food and drink outside of hotel.A taxi to Nessebar costs 25 euros which is fine if there are 4 of you sharing, the cheapest way is on the bus but do go there it is lovely.I would recommend this hotel, good for familes with children but in high season would be too busy for me.
