  ????? An Exceptional Family Holiday – 10/10!

  22 Sept 2026

We travelled from Canada to the Grand Victoria Hotel in Sunny Beach with our family, including small children, and stayed for one wonderful week. Our visit was especially meaningful as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, and the hotel helped make this milestone truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail. A special thank you goes to Hristina, the Guest Relations Manager, who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to fulfil all our requests, including arranging a child seat and a crib for our little ones. To our great surprise and delight, she also arranged a beautiful cake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made our celebration even more special. The Entertainment Team was excellent, particularly with the children. The kids’ club and daily kids’ disco provided wonderful entertainment and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our grandchildren. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was excellent, with a great variety of options to suit everyone in our family.Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the Grand Victoria Hotel. The staff, service, food, entertainment, and family-friendly atmosphere all contributed to a memorable holiday that we will cherish for years to come.We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to families and couples looking for a wonderful holiday in Sunny Beach. A heartfelt thank you to Hristina, the Entertainment Team, and the entire Grand Victoria team for helping us celebrate our 50th anniversary in such a special way! ?? A Relaxing 5-Night All-Inclusive Stay

  21 Sept 2026

We spent 5 nights at this all-inclusive hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and having everything we needed for a few days of rest. Good value for money and a positive experience overall. Hristina Nikolova, Guest Services / Front Office at Effect Grand Victoria Hotel, responded to this review Dear Matei,Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We are very pleased to hear that your five-night stay was a relaxing one and that you enjoyed the comfortable rooms, varied food and, of course, the friendly service from our team.It is lovely to know that you found the hotel a good choice for a few days of rest and that you felt you had everything you needed for a pleasant stay.Thank you as well for mentioning the pool temperature. Our outdoor pools are not heated, so the water can feel quite cool, particularly towards the end of the season when the temperatures are lower. We appreciate you pointing this out.We are happy to know you had a positive overall experience and hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay!Kind regards,Hristina NikolovaGuest Relations Manager

  Wonderful experience

  16 Sept 2026

We had a wonderful stay at Effect Grand Victoria Hotel as a family of three, and everything was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was very good and offered plenty of variety, it was practically impossible not to find something you enjoyed. Our room was spotless clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. From the receptionists and the bartenders to the restaurant hostess and our lovely housekeeper (Dorothea, if I remember her name correctly), every single person made us feel welcome and well taken care of.We genuinely enjoyed every part of our stay and had such a lovely time. It was a wonderful vacation, and we would be very happy to return. Highly recommended!
