English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Children can enjoy the playground.     We got back today from a week at the Festa Panorama.We weren’t sure what to expect so went with an open mind.First impressions of the hotel were very good. Very efficient check in to a fabulous room with a sea view.Very comfortable beds too, which matters to us as we have bad backs.Room was spotless and very attractive. The cleaners did a wonderful job.That’s true of the whole hotel. The place is cleaned and presents extremely well.The restaurant was one of the best we’ve been to. Plenty of options and the quality was beyond our expectations.One minor gripe was that the coffee machine at the road end of the room was incredibly slow and caused queues. Also, tea and coffee was available at lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. But only time milk was available was at breakfast. So we bought a carton of milk and took it with us.The bar area was good but not enough seating in the evenings. This wouldn’t be an issue in the main season.Pool looked fantastic but I resisted going in as it was too cold for me. I could have gone to the indoor pool but I was happy to lay around the pool.Plenty of beds with the usual “ bed saving” going on but we didn’t experience any problems.So a very impressive hotel in an excellent location. Jesse bar old town is a very pleasant 15 minute amble away. Or 4 minutes on the local bus.Check out was easy but the cost of getting a late room was crazy at €80.We paid it as we were not getting our transfer until 7.30 pm.Easily the dearest we have ever seen.Would we go back?Yes we would but not right at the end of the season. Perhaps late June would suit us better.Overall a well run, well kept great quality hotel.

    Lovely hotel set close to the beach and within walking distance of old Nesabar. There was entertainment each day and night, there is a "nightclub" in the basement, it is a disco 10-11 pm so its not running late. And it cant be heard in the rooms all bedrooms are very quiet.The Atmosphere is goodThe rooms are beautiful and theres a lot of space with a bed settee too, there is a kettle, fridge and a safe is included with free use! There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The rooms are cleaned daily and they are constantly cleaning around the hotel in general.The food was lovely and lots of choice, Full breakfast choice of cooked, fruit, cereals and pancakes. There is also a snack bar by the pool that does hotdogs, chips and toasties.The only thing I don't like is from 10pm the main bar closes and you need to go downstairs to the disco for their bar 10-12am

    This is a lovely modern hotel in a great location near to the World Heritage site of Nessabar.The food was very good and plenty of choice.Hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned daily.The entertainment was not the best but the team were lovely .The one thing that was annoying was that the evening bar only had 1 bar person serving which resulted in long queues and there was not any zero alcohol beer available .The weather was not the best so we went exploring in and around Nessebar and found some lovely coastal walks.Would recommend this hotel and a visit to Nessabar .
