The club was modernised in 2025. The hotel has 20 suites and 214 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony with a partial sea view is included in most units and encourages guests to linger a while. Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. A hot tub can soothe sore muscles (no extra charge). Volleyball is organised by third-party operators. The club offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym and table tennis or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, massage treatments and a reflexology massage. Third-party operators offer massage treatments and reflexology massage. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy a number of restaurants (non-smoking, smoking area, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks and live cooking, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.     The location is short walk into the old town of Nessebar, which is beautiful and a must see whilst you are here.The atmosphere is relaxing but if you want to be kept entertained than the animation boys Alex and Arty will keep you busy with their games and bounds of energy The rooms are lovely and well thought out for storage and spacious too. We enjoyed our sea view room which I recommend. The amenities are very good. The hotel is kept very clean at all times and we found the whole holiday very good value for money.

    Fantastic holiday Hotel staff were very courteous and polite, excellent choice of food, I would recommend to anyone visiting Bulgaria, what made my holiday even more special was the entertainment staff Alex and Anty what a great two lads always greet you with a smile and they work so hard all the best guys Karl and Andrea

    Tonight we experienced the disco. We are ladies, in our early "70's", who love 60/70's music. Ok, you have to accommodate all genres of music. Apparently tonight, you could request a song; didn't happen. Boring same, bubble gum music. When I mentioned this to one of the animation team, (the loud one), he just laughed at me. A very immature attitude, to paying guests.

    I'd never been to Bulgaria so it was a total new experience for me. The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable, I was all-inclusive and the food was plentiful with beer, wine, coffee, tea and soft drinks available at the bar and in the restaurant. The staff were hardworking, Ievelyn at reception was particularly helpful. My only bugbear was the stairs at the front of the hotel, very pretty but for me, being disabled, I couldn't negotiate them. They were steep and lacked any proper banisters or rails to help with getting up and down. I was dropped at the hotel in the dark and it took me an age to get up the stairs to the hotel proper. Nobody from the hotel came out to help me, not the best start to my holiday.

    Me and my wife stayed at the Festa Panorama for 7 days, food was decent, self service, me personally I think the lager they had was watered down and they don't do measurements with spirits so you will get drunk pretty quick, music to the ears of young ones I suppose, our room was lovely and clean and had a decent view from our balcony, we were front viewing if your lucky enough to get any room at the rear of hotel you will have a stunning view of the sea, the beach itself is amazing, right next to hotel so getting to it is quick, noise level was fine, staff not so good, always miserable looking, never smiling, not one member of staff asked me and my wife how our stay was, the hotel has sauna, steam bath, indoor pool and spa treatments, outside pool is lovely, and entertainment was bland for my liking. But all in all it's a lovely hotel and we would recommend it just be cautious of the atmosphere with staff.
