Facility

270 rooms, including 215 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by 5 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Catering is provided by 2 buffet and à-la-carte restaurants with air conditioning (for non-smokers). The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Full board and all-inclusive special can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner).     Don’t bother if you want to sleep

    Sorry but we will never return to this hotel. While the hotel is spotless and mostly modern the cold and uncooked food lets it down as does the fact they have a private function which had extremely loud music blasting until after 4.30am. Strange how the hotel doesn’t warn you about this on the website.I went to reception at 12am to ask when it would finish they informed me 2am then I went back at 2.30am to be told I don’t know I asked were was the manager he informed me he was at home asleep ( shame I can’t get any ) I said. Jet2 abandoned us on the live chat not good. The music finished at 4.30 we got to sleep about 5am then received a call from the jet2 rep at 09.21 saying they would look into and get back to us. A text arrived at 10.23 saying the hotel would get back to me with an excuse. I suffered an angina attack at 3pm so was confined to my hotel room then at 8.30pm a man knocked at the door when I opened it he attempted to walk straight in I had put my hand up to stop him twice as he then tried to give me a bottle of wine but I said no thank you and closed the door. Not once did they apologize or tell us why we weren’t informed about the party. So never again will we visit any FESTA Hotel.     Great hotel but in the wrong place.We were informed some facilities would not be available as the season was coming to an end.We had a excellent welcome by reception staff given a good good pack as we had arrived late.We were shown to our room within 10 mins of arriving.The room was excellent spotless clean,large comfortable bed and excellent bathroom.The next morning we were surprised but pleased to see we had been upgraded to pool view.The next two days were very enjoyable, weather inclement but good food and excellent company of other guests.Then it all went downhill!!!On the Friday we found out there was a weekend convention taking place.From Friday evening meal to Sunday lunch the Hotel was taken over by a swarm of locusts and a battle for a table commenced.We decided to go out of the Hotel to eat on the Saturday but found nothing was opened.After the convention ended dining facilities got back to normality but the quality and variety of food on offer definitely deteriorated and the Hotel lost its sparkle.Thanks to follow guests we were able to enjoy our last few days but was glad the holiday had come to an end.We grudgingly give this beautiful hotel a3 star rating mainly due the fabulous housekeeping and reception staff.Sorry but wrong hotel in wrong place at wrong time of year.

    We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean.     My husband and I wanted a quiet week away for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed! Very peaceful and quiet. Situated on the beach and a couple of supermarkets nearby.
