  Our second stay here , last year was so impressed with our stay we decided book again. What you get for your money is fabulous, lovely grounds ,beach,pools, and restaurants all on site.beautiful reception area,great money exchange and they have their own fleet of vehicles,we used this service and its very well priced(half of taxi prices)instant availability, dropped off where we want and picked up when we wanted,even collect for return journey by phone request when its convenient for yourself. Very clean impressively equipped apartments/studios and air con is included in price, room has own Wi-Fi router too , no hidden charges. Towels and bog rolls everyday. Food is really good and fantastic variety from snack meals to buffets, al acart and specialist restaurants even pizza takeaway from Italian restaurant. Great main bar(2 for 1 cocktails at certain time)with fantastic views and great bar right on beach with excellent bar food. Lovely little beach and a jetty to get the sea taxi, also watersports available too. 8 pools with free loungers/parasols, beautiful well attended gardens and water features. Handy onsite mini supermarket with decent pricing, omg bottle of decent local rum for 6quid in our money!. Its a little paradise and can't believe how cheap it is for what you get .lovely atmosphere day and night for a stroll around the complex.Highly recommended

  BRITISH REVIEW 02 Aug - 16 Aug 2025: Good points - Lovely clean resort, grounds are well looked after and cleaners are in almost daily with clean towels and to mop and bring loo roll or change bed linen. Fish restaurant and Italian restaurant are great with good food. Pools are plentiful and lots of sunbeds. There is a pool warden who monitors towels that are left on beds are long time. Location is stunning , beach is beautiful, sunbeds on beach are chargeable.Supermarket has everything you need but is only Bulgarian versions of things. Prices are higher than in UK. 20 Lev for butter (which is approx £10 GBP). Snack bar is expensive for food - over £10 for burger & chips. Beach bar is awesome , on a fab beach , cocktails are 15 Lev ( £12.50) - water is 3.50 Lev for small bottle. Local beer is a fair price. Bad points : As everyone has already stated the staff can be rude, unhelpful and miserable, they will not engage in conversation, they don't speak much English, this seems to be all over Bulgaria though not just in resort. None of them smile and look unhappy which makes you feel awkward and can be offensive. They seem to be racist towards British people not sure if this is the same of other nationalities. I actually googled why Bulgarians don't like British people ! Out of all the staff I met there was only 1 friendly helpful person and that was the young man who drove the buggy to carry luggage, he smiled and waved. When you and your family are spending huge amounts of money in the restaurants and their supermarkets kinda makes you want to go elsewhere. We got taxis to another supermarket but prices were just as high as on site. We also went to Sunny Beach which was tacky like Blackpool x 100- beach is beautiful but jam packed with umbrellas side by side you can't see the sand, and you would never find your kids if they went astray.Lots of steps and hills to walk up and down to get around resort - there are lifts to get to higher floors but be prepared to walk to get anywhere in very hot temps. The cobbles are not buggy or wheelchair friendly and I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues or anyone over 75 unless you are very fit and healthy.Overall a good clean resort, had a nice holiday, would I return to Bulgaria ?- NO. Their hospitality leaves a lot to be desired.

  A holiday to remember

  We had a lovely week at the Garden of Eden resort. Five of us shared a roomy apartment on the 4th floor with a wonderful view of the sea and the pool just below us. The gardens around the resort were beautiful and a pleasure o walk through and led to a number of different pool areas with well defined areas for adults and children. The accommodation wasn’t perfect, for example the small sink in our en-suite lacked a plug. However on the whole the apartment had everything we needed for self catering and the on site supermarket was not too expensive.Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.The whole complex is on a hillside so there were steps and inclines but also a number of very good lifts. The complex was, I felt, very well planned and suitable for all ages.The hotel taxi service was great and very reasonably priced. We used it a lot as being elderly we couldn’t walk far in the hot sun. The hotel buggy service was also very useful for carrying cases to and from Reception. On the whole the staff were very helpful and pleasant, particularly the taxi drivers, waiters and waitresses. Some of the reception staff were rather brusque and didn’t smile a lot, but the transportation team were very helpful..

  Excellent resort - we’re very happy.

  We’re still here! It’s day 3 of our holiday and we’re very happy with Garden of Eden. Our 2 bedroom apartment is huge. Beds very comfortable. Quiet location which is brilliant for what we need. The pools are brilliant (but really cold in the morning). Always sunbeds available because you can’t reserve them! Pool supervisors patrolling meaning towells any sun beds not used for 30 minutes or more are collected. It’s 2pm here and there are plenty of beds ‘open’. We’ve booked Full Board and the food so far is lovely. Good selection of salads, meat dishes, fish everyday and enough for the children to eat (although there isn’t a specific children’s section). The beach is a very short walk from our apartment - the path winds its way through the resort, which is more like a village! Sea is warmer than the pools and there is plenty of sand for everyone.
