Stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in sunny beach Bulgaria. It was a jet2 package holiday I booked. I never ever seen a jet2 rep there ever! Nice hotel but there’s nothing there in the area I stayed as it’s five miles away from the proper sunny beach area where all the shops bars and restaurants are. The food that was being offered at meal times was dreadful so I went out all the time to eat. You couldn’t even take a drink or order a drink into the restaurant to have with your meal so that was another reason I ate out! The staff there was extremely rude and arrogant the way they spoke to you and I was so happy when my checking out day came. I would never stay in this garden of hell ever again and wouldn’t recommend it whatsoever to anybody. It needs stripping away from jet2s holiday website!

The staff were rude and not very helpful the food in the resturant was cold every morning. the rooms where dated on the plus side the italian resturant was very nice ,the sun loungers round the pool need updating. Hair dryers were old and not movable. The place itself is a nice hotel but unfortunatly we wpuld not be returning or recommend.

Not a great experience so far. Found the staff very rude and ignorant. Rooms are very dated. Cleaners are basic. Food isn't really nice at all. The restaurant is not well organised and there was never any cutlery when we got there with no tables available at all for tables of 4. Food was very cold and inedible. The fish Bar Restaurant was the place were we chose to eat untill that was ruined with bad service, rude staff and a charge for condiments which we found to be expensive. Bar staff on the Flower Bar was ignorant and wasn't open when stated due to her too busy flirting with the life guard. We find they really dont like the English. Other guests we have spoken to were of the same opinion so we would not be recommending or revisiting this hotel.

Not very friendly, rooms extremely dated, terrible room view with cars coming outside all day and night keeping you awake, food awful, we haven't encountered one single person who smiles, not our type of hotel, I would go as far as to say uts a two star at best, even the maids just mop the floor and change towels, left our floor like a mini swimming pool.If British avoid at all costs as we expect higher standards xIm surprised jet 2 put their brand to this hotel, plus its in the middle of nowhere and only have entertainment a couple of times a week, our friends paid the same amount and are in a top all inclusive hotel, we certainly made a costly mistake choosing here,NEVER AGAIN

Ive just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel & I can honestly say it was so disappointing! I went with my husband & 4 children aged 14,8,7&3 this is the first time going away as a family of 6... we had 2 studio rooms which were relatively close to one another.. the first problem was the kitchen, I booked self catering as my children don't always get up for breakfast so thought I could make things in the room for them! Their was no microwave, the hob if you could call it that didnt work couldnt even see the buttons on it to turn it on. I only realised 4 days in when I accidently leaned on it and it turned on!! So making food was out of the window apart from cereal! The air con in the second room leaked all over the bed the first night while we were asleep! Spoke to reception and they came to "fix it" what a surprise same thing happened again... so we all ended up squeezing into one room and using the other for storing and drying clothes! The balcony was a joke. It has 2 chairs and a table which we couldnt use cos it was that small! The bathroom was old and the bathtub wasnt even a bath you could only sit upright in it. Let's just say my 3 year old couldnt even lie down in it and shes tiny!The pools are lovely and mostly always sunbeds available but beware of different rules. Some days you can jump in other days you have the life guard shouting at you infront of the full pool! Im on holiday with 4 children when do you exspect them to do?!..Ive never been to Bulgaria I can honestly say I will never return! The staff look right through you, the people on the complex are even ruder and look at your kids like there doing something wrong! Not sure if im old fashioned but manners cost nothing and not one single person used them!! The last thing was shower facilities!! We had to leave our room at 11.30am our flight wasnt till 22.35pm so we had a good few hours to kill before our flight. I asked if there were shower facilities and toilets for us to use while we were by the pool and we were told no only the toilets at reception and showers by the pool.I asked if they could provide us somewhere to use and they saidp yes but needed to pay €81 .. i stated that there isnt proper facilities and we need somewhere to change before our flight and was basically told you want a room pay!! I can honestly say this is defo far from a 5* hotel and the facilities are far from the truth on there website. Our room was cleaned once in 7 days! And they gave us 4 hand towels to shower with.! Its an absoloute joke of a hotel and will not recommend to anyone!
