Location

This attractive beach hotel is located in the southern resort of Bulgaria, where the mountain air combines with the breath of the sea breeze. The hotel is situated right at the beach line, just 9 km from Sunny Beach and 45 km from Burgas Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 250 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Other services include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and crazy golf. Water sports available at the hotel include water skiing, windsurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, water aerobics and aquafit. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a pub. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The area is very pretty however the complex is very run down & poor. Reception is deceiving, very well kept however once your booked in & go to your room you will see the unkept detail. Rooms do not get cleaned during your stay & you get one towel for a week. TV did not work, water pressure is terrible, paint flaking of walls. Beds not changed and dirty stained bedding & mattress. The food was exactly the same every day, left overs used to make cold salad bar next day. All inclusive included beer, soft drinks or a local cocktail, soft drink machines often ran out & only served soda water. Considering the size there is only one lift per block, very bad, you could wait 20 minutes. Only one bar with one person serving in the evening. No entertainment , TV or even music in the evening, there is a beach bar but not included in the all inclusive. The staff were unhelpful & rude. The pool facilities were kept well & the water park is good. Mini golf, no golf clubs, tennis court, no racquets!

    It was a nice quiet holiday near the beach. The weather was great. Some noisy neighbours. The view from our room was amazing and the swimming pool was nice and clean. Our holiday was all inclusive and the food was OK

    Currently staying at the Andalucia hotel, arrived in the early hours and greeted with a small welcome pack which had fruit, croissant and water in it a very nice and welcoming touch. Room is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The food lets the place down with it not being very warm or a great variety of options for lunch or evening meal. The water park is shut even though it says it doesn't close for the season until the 15/09/18. Over all a lovely hotel away from the hustle and bustle of sunny beach which is only a bus ride away.     I,'ve spend holidays with my familie from 20 to 26 august to Andalucia Hotel, 3 persons, all inclusive.The Hotel was nice, The rooms big, but not so clean. The meals were tasty, we had found something good în every meal.     We are staying at the hotel now .food is ok beach is nice if u can get sunlounger.pools are good..rooms are ok but 2 singlebeds pushed together .our biggest problem is the language barrier no staff talk english ..you go to the broadway bar all the entertainment staff talk all languages but english if this was in england we would be classed as racistThis is a real problem when you are staying somwhere for 2 weeks and cannot get any help from staff as they dont understand what your saying.
