There are very few reviews on this hotel. I was very apprehensive as most of them are bad!So I set off with low expectations and to be honest a lot of the views are a bit unfair. Small, cramped rooms? Dirty rooms with no cleaners? Is this the same hotel?For a start and I have to say, me and my husband travel twice a year and stayed all over Europe, Africa etc and our room was by far the largest we have ever stayed in. The cleaners were there every morning with fresh towels and changed the beds with clean linen.Staff were outstanding, we had a problem with a bedside light, sorted a few hours later, needed a kettle, one they brought up unfortunately lasted one day and broke but was replaced. With a new one straight away. Beds super comfy. No complaints on cleanliness and I am super fussy on that, there are also mattress protectors on the beds. Saying that the carpets in the corridors are stained and on arrival did smell! However we weren't staying in the corridors. We arrived very late and were given snacks to take to our room. The food is sadly abysmal, yes it's mostly Bulgarian and I do love trying different food but a lot of it is served cold. Not a large variety either and though there were a lot of different breads every morning, many times they had no spreads. Don't Bulgarians eat buttered toast? The pool itself is huge, bigger than what the photos on website shows. I didn't like the fact they blared out music all day and night. I come on holiday for peace and quiet. Some people may enjoy loud music but it's down to personal taste I suppose. There is also a smaller pool in a quieter area. Anyway I did have a lovely stay, yes I'd come back but probably save more going half board as there are plenty of restaurants nearby.Overall the sevice was exceptional but the food and noisy music let it down for me.For a family friendly and budget holiday yes it's great.

AVOID this hotel! I dont normally write reviews but i really felt the need to with this hotel so i can try and help you guys before you waste your money by booking it. Firstly we arrived at 2;30 pm (were all inclusive) to be told there was no food until 6pm, there is an afternoon snack bar but if you dont get there straight away you wont get any! we was starving by this point so we headed out to a resturant (which we ended up eating at most mornings and nights, but thats another story for later on) once we was checked in and found our room we was mortified. Mould in the shower,broken bathroom tiles, a toilet that wasnt fixed to the floor properly, a wobbly balcony, leaking water dripping AC unit on the balcony. also we has no tea/coffee facilities at all. oh and the air con didnt work for two days until we complained that much they eventually sent an engineer. our beds was only changed once and we only had two lots of clean towels delivered. the cleaners do lurk about on each floor but they dont actually clean anything. the pool area is a vibe if you like Ukranian music and black feet. the floors make your feet so dirty and we didnt once see the water being tested or cleaned, in fact every time we swan we got handfuls of someone elses hair. the pool bar (this is the only bar contary to what they advertise) the other bar is open at dinner time only. anyway the pool bar was often left unattended for up to an hour a few times a day whilst the bar man went for lunch. drinks are unlimited and strong but there isnt many options. the water slides are closed at 4;30pm! the animation team is non existant, we didnt see any entertainment what so ever just water polo three times in the week for 15mins. the food, well its gross. they cater for Ukranians and not the english, we went down several times and ended up eating out for every single meal the whole week we stayed therer for which ended up costing a small fortune. staff are very rude towards the english. overall we was so disappointed in this hotel. , its dirty and dated and awful. BUT Bulgaria itself is an amazing county. beautiful clean beaches. we took the sea taxi to Old Nessebar and that was amazing, we rented jetskis and there is plenty to do day and night. i wouldnt even rate this hotel a 1 star in my opinion, even though its rated a 3 star, you'd expect it to be better than the eyesore we was in.

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLREAD ATHER PEOPLE'S REVIEWS NO FAMILY HOTEL AT ALL. FOOD TERABLE. STAFF BEARLEY SPEAK ENGLISH /BULGARIAN EVENING IS OUTDATEDLIKE YOU ARE GOING BACK IN THE PAST ,COMUNIST ERA 1980EVEN THE RESTORANT IN ACROSS THE HOTEL WAS SAYING THAT 80% OF THE CLIENTS ARE FROM THE HOTEL AND ASKING IF THE FOOD WAS SO BADANIMATORS WERE SITING IN THE BAR AND DIDN'T INTERACT WITH THE KIDSCANT SLEPT AT NIGHT COZ THE MUSIC OUTSIDE WAS SO LOUD NOT TO MENTION ONE DAY WE LISTENED BY THE POOL TRADITIONAL UKRAINE SONGS BECAUSE SOME OF THE GUESTS DISAIDE SO AND NOBADY DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT

Myself Andrea Kirsty Kate came for week .. booked threw easy jet great price .Hotel is very out dated needs a bit tlc...But it is very clean .. staff are great especial the young lads at the bar in and outside.Food was average always a wide range and if you have a sweet tooth puddings are great . Drinks on tap and your not limited to 1 or 2 at atime .. it has 3 pools very clean ... 3 large slides and even childrens pool has a slide...One night i heard some loud people on sofas on landing nxt to my room ..i phoned 9 for reception they came straight up and sorted it no more noise .. in any hotel you will always have one night when 1 room is noisy ..but i was greatful they sorted it for me ASAP so thanx Izkar we had great time .... Kirsty said her wages for being DJ at the pool lol

Do not go here absolutly terrible staff rude to my self partner an my children! People that was also at the hotel was rude arrogant and racist, out dated hotel room was disgusting, unclean beds needed replacing along with everything else in the hotel room, and the food was absolutely disgusting! Service from staff was shocking, everywhere u walked people was just rude ! Few restaurants further down the strip was nice an polite, but absolutely shocking at how bad this holiday was from start to finish couldn't wait to get home, uk residents are targeted an ripped off all the time!! Could not belive the arrogance on everyone, it 2025 why are people so rude no smiles or hellos or anything literally just dirty looks an scouling no need at all manners don't cost anything !
