This beach resort hotel enjoys a perfect location on a main road in the very centre of the tourist complex, Sunny Beach, only 150 m from the sandy beach. It is on the main promenade, close to numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The old town of Nesebar is about a 5-minute drive away. Burgas Airport is some 25 km away, while Varna Airport is approximately 150 km away.

The resort has 33 apartments, 17 single rooms and 204 double rooms, which are located on 20 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. There is also a playground for younger guests. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The resort offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce, archery, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, tennis. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, diving and water aerobics. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

Only booked for 2 nights after visiting family elsewhere but whilst we were there everything was brilliant. Room was clean and nice although a little small considering I’m in a wheelchair but still acceptable. Wife ranges of food on each course and very nice. Staff were very helpful and to let us stay in our room for the day as our flight wasn’t till late at night was brilliant. All in all a great experience and already looking to book next year for a full holiday .

Location is good, close to the shops and bars. Pools are very cold and dirty floor around. The mixed drinks are tasting vile. Food...eh... Not good at all, just salads and fruits are ok. Rooms are clean, but mattresses are shocking bad and the loud music from the supermarket across the road is on untill 2am. Be kind to yourself and book a different hotel if you can

Location was fab... rooms small and not very clean .... not much on for kids activities found that very poor.. all hotel bars close at 11 and most of the staff are so rude.. especially the bar staff ... nobody seems to smile.. I think in the whole week I seen maybe 3 staff that were friendly and they were the cleaning staff ... won't be back..

Something for everyone, even fussy eatersPools are clean and not crowdedYou do need to be in the queue by 8.45 to het a bed but plenty for everyoneThe best part is the entertainment teamThey are so friendly and nice and made our experience betterBar staff are nice too keeping the drinks flowingOnly one point to make is when booking a room ask for a room not on or facing flower street as its a noisy at night Thank you kuban hotel . Our holiday has been amazing
