Location

This beach resort hotel enjoys a perfect location on a main road in the very centre of the tourist complex, Sunny Beach, only 150 m from the sandy beach. It is on the main promenade, close to numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The old town of Nesebar is about a 5-minute drive away. Burgas Airport is some 25 km away, while Varna Airport is approximately 150 km away.

Facility

The resort has 33 apartments, 17 single rooms and 204 double rooms, which are located on 20 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. There is also a playground for younger guests. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms, 254 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The resort offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce, archery, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, tennis. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, diving and water aerobics. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Cannot believe how bad this hotel is , food disgusting, rooms not great , drinks bad , no place where there's a bar area , if you get a drink you either have to go outside where there's about 5 tables or if you want to try the evening entertainment which is dreadful and held in the dinning area then you'll have to go downstairs to get wine or spirits in the smallest plastic cups I've ever seen & both taste like white spirit anyway , we were on the 16th floor and believe me when I say if you want to sleep anything above the forth floor you've got no chance , it's like having a rave every night in your room which goes on until at least 5am & if you do stay in the lower levels it stinks , both rooms & corridors of damp , I've been to sunny beach twice before & it wasn't to bad but I can honestly say since they went from the lev to the euros in January the prices have doubled if not trebled . Please please read the reviews about this hotel before you book i wish I had . NEVER EVER AGAIN BULGARIA 🇧🇬 SORRY

    I spent 8 days in the Kuban Resort with my family,8 adults,two boys aged 6 years and five years and a 7 month baby ,I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough,we went all inclusive the meals,snacks,soft drinks and alcohol were top class and suited everyone's taste,while the rooms were basic,they were clean and comfortable,the towels were spotless, the entertainment for adults and children was great fun,the pool aera was brilliant, the Management and Staff were very professional and helpful,I have limited mobility and everyone I met were very helpful ,I really enjoyed the massage,I would highly recommend this hotel to families,and couples ,it was my first visit to Sunny Beach and I'm already planning my next holiday to the Kuban hotel Best wishes from Ireland

    Location is great for beach, amenities and nightlife.Pool is freezing but slides are fun. We went at beginning of season and it was lovely and quiet but still things were open.Spa and fitness centre, steam room, jacuzzi etc all shut for some reason.Bar was insane in a good way in that the cocktails were lethal but you could ask for more or less spirits in them.Food was only OK as a vegetarian. Snack bar had good fries. It was hit and miss in the restaurant and snack bar for meat-free options. Animation staff were lovely and entertainment schedule was packed. Would return again for them and the water slides and bar to be honest.Had an issue with the staff member who watched the car park. He went out one night with me and another lady I met there and then said he had watched us come home on the CCTV and made up some random lies about her and her friend. We complained to the reception desk and was assured that the man had no access to CCTV so must have watched us from elsewhere?! Was told it would be escalated to the manager but didn’t get any feedback. Stay safe out there ladies!

    Ignore all the negative!! All lies!Just come back from a 5 night stay. The staff are amazing. The hotel was very quiet but they were there every day with a smile in their faces. The entertainment team made every day fun and the kids loved them. The bar staff are fun and friendly and are all very chatty. The ladies in the restaurant were so kind. All of them were great. They made our holiday. Face painting and dancing. We were all up with them laughing all evening every evening. The last night everyone made sure to hug us and say good bye. We chose to spend every evening at hotel rather than out as it had everything you needed. Great games room. All pay extra but cheap and you win tokens at the games they play with you in the entertainment.It is a huge hotel so if going in August there will be 700 guests so cues and busy would be expected. We've already booked to go back again in October. Food is not a problem at all. 2 fussy kids and a vegetarian and we had full plates breakfast lunch and dinner. Cocktails are delicious and mocktails available as well. Water slides and pool are so much fun for the kids and adults. And life guards were great and smiley. Loads of different games and activities offered. Kids loved it. The strip is as every other in every other location and resort. We found all shops bars everywhere to be very welcoming. I genuinely can't understand the hate. We rate it 10/10Yes rooms are dated but so what we had a junior suit which was huge. Great bathroom. 2 balcony's. Fridge. Comfortable beds. Clean. And cleaned daily if you wishDon't be out off by other comments I couldn't agree less with them. We had a rainy day and was one of the best due to the hotel and staff there Best holiday away with friends and my children We went 7th October. Weather was not too hot but only rained once one morning and the rest was early 20s Well done to everyone at the kuban hotel 👏👏👏👏

    Worst weeks holiday we have had, food was inedible, even a stray dog outside wouldnt eat it! Staff very rude, i asked for ice in my drink and the bartender looked at me as if i had asked to piss on his kids!! Pool was gross, another holidaymaker told me a child had crapped in pool the week before and the staff wouldnt clean it! Our room looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks. The area wasnt safe, we saw a gang of locals beat an english guy up who just happened to walk past them! Staff arent interested in any complaints, would rather have a week in winter in a tent on yorkshire moors with only t shirt and shorts than go back there.
