The hotel is nice, recently refurbished and modern. Rooms are nice and comfortable, however, there is limited space for keeping your clothes for a week’s stay. Views from the roof are stunning, however there is a lack of space for sunbathing up there - filled very quickly and nowhere else than the roof to go for sunbathing/sitting in the sun.Location is very good, near to bars, restaurants and shops and close to old town Nessebar.Biggest issue we had with this hotel was the food…it was absolutely awful! The quality of the food was bad, and due to such a small buffet area there was little variety too. We ended up eating out at least once every day, to make sure we had at least one decent meal a day - not exactly ideal with having gone all-inclusive

Restaurant closed on arrival - given 1 sandwich each. Room 325 - side sea view. Inclusive wrist strap also operated door entry. Accommodation good (except sewage smell on some mornings!) and kept very clean. Room service - thank you Ludmila. Sky Bar staff friendly. The hotel location is good - close to beach and pretty Nessebar Old Town (spoilt by far too many tacky souvenir shops selling cheap imported goods.) Hotel Restaurant service poor! Hot buffet food often cold (even when early into dining room). Soups - most floating in oil or butter / cream. Chef table - almost always chips, thin dry makerel fillets or burgers - nothing really hot and appetising! When dining left cutlery open to indicate still eating but plates frequently whipped away by staff! Explained to one waiter - difference between cutlery open and closed to indicate a finished dish. It was obviously 'close down' week. Breakfast cereals ran out. 50 yrs travelling - never been ill on holiday before - but suffered stomach cramps and vomiting - am mid week and stayed in room for a day! Sorry to say that this hotel does not currently merit a 4 Star rating despite appearance, some lovely views and location.

Avoid a late September stay

Fully recognise that this is an ideally located hotel near Nessebar old town but have to say we are having a pretty grim time so just want to warn anyone booking this late in the season for 2027. Don’t. There is little to no entertainment and the food situation is becoming increasingly dire by the day. I’m not sure why these hotels commit to opening up to a certain date but fail to adhere to their normal standards. As current guests, we feel like we are viewed as second rate and not worth bothering about. The screens around the hotel boast of themed nights in the restaurant (Italian, Latin, Asian etc) which only adds to the disappointment when we are confronted with fried food out of the freezer each night.On a positive note our room is lovely and we have an amazing view but it is let down by the cleaning regime at this time of year. Coffee cups not washed or re-set and water glasses left uncleaned each day too. All very substandard. Such a disappointing stay.

FABULOUS HOTEL, LOCATION, WE WILL BE BACK.

We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed the most wonderful break. Virtually everything was spot on and pretty much perfect. We were greeted warmly at reception and told that although our room was ready we could leave our bags and go to the restaurant for lunch. Our room (215) had a side sea view with a nice view of the beach and old town. I would recommend getting a room with odd numbers for a better view. Our room was big and very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The cleanliness in the hotel is second to none. Our towels were changed regularly and you collect pool towels from reception. The staff take great pride in keeping the hotel extremely clean. The location of the hotel could not be beaten, The Old Town of Nessebar is a 10-15 minute walk away along the sea front. There is so much to see and do and with every visit we found more cobbled streets, lovely bars & gift shops. We would highly recommend a visit to Michael’s Eco Bar ??. The restaurant & food were of a very good quality with lots of variety & the dishes were nicely presented & the staff very friendly. The wine & beer is ‘on tap’ & very enjoyable.The view from the sky bar is wonderful, it is lovely to relax & enjoy a drink whilst taking in the stunning view . The pool is not large but had comfortable sun beds around to relax, chill & enjoy the hopeful sunshine.Our Jet2 contact Mira was lovely and on hand to guide us with anything that we needed, she was full of useful information and really helped us enjoy our break.We loved this all inclusive adults only hotel & will definitely be returning, a wonderful choice of hotel to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, one of the best holidays that we have ever had. A very small point, but we did feel that the chaps in the Marina bar could be a bit happier to serve you.

What a beautiful hotel. We had a fantastic stay. On our arrival we was informed we'd been upgraded. The room was lovely. The fridge was stocked with drinks.Towels changed every day.Food was beautiful.The whole hotel was spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Not far to the old town, and again beautiful place.Beaches beautiful and the sea lovely and warm. Highly recommend this adult only hotel. Can not fault anything. Really enjoyed it and very relaxing.
