Loved the hotel. Staff pleasant.The only thing was the food pre cooked at the snack bar on the afternoon was cold apart from the hotdogs and pizza which was cooked infront of you. Couldnt understand this as we went at the time it started. This is an easy fix guys.

I’ve been seven days here at this Hotel bedroom are good The buffets are good and it clean The beach is 2, minutes away manager he lovely man name Nasko at my last day at evening time he shake my hand before going and there is a young man at reception name vesko he very professional in he job

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable. That’s where the positives end. The biggest problem was the food, it was cold, so salty I could feel my kidneys complaining. I ended up mainly eating rice and bread and butter. The food was the same every night even when they said there was a theme. Mexican, Italian and Turkish nights were the same food as every night. Only 6 cocktails on offer and very basic ones at that. Second biggest issue was the internet, brilliant signal in the room but none anywhere else. Still can’t get over the food! Actually first time I’ve come home from an all inclusive having lost weight. Basic food hygiene rules also not followed. Overall the staff were indifferent to the visitors and the entrainment was non existent.Bathrooms in lobby were not cleaned as often as they needed and the smell from the bins in them wasn’t pleasant.

Very disappointing experience at Marvel Hotel. Several incidents involving unhelpful and disrespectful staff significantly affected our family holiday. We were spoken to aggressively when taking hot food to our child at the pool, refused basic cutlery for our daughter, and later had our personally purchased forks removed from our room by cleaners because they assumed they belonged to the hotel, despite the forks being kept clearly among our personal belongings. Our plates were also repeatedly cleared during lunch and dinner while we were still eating, simply because staff assumed we had finished. On one occasion, I had only been chatting with my family for a moment before my plate was taken away. This is absolutely ridiculous. These situations were handled with a complete lack of courtesy, flexibility and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this was far from the relaxing family holiday we expected. A waste of both money and time.

Great hotel - rooms spacious, airy, modern, bathroom lovely walk in shower, beds very comfortable.Great all inclusive break. Lovely pools. Minimal activities.Great location to walk to beach - private area with sunbeds and parasols which was great. Main prom short walk and down to main area very pleasant walk.
